Newman's Ledge, Palenville NY

A relatively comfortable hike, almost entirely under the shade of trees. The side trails are well marked, with blue and yellow markers on the trees. The view from sunset rock, and other Ledge spots have a great view out for miles. At some places there are large rocks, but not too hard to climb over. Kids can do the hike as well.

A good hike for a beautiful view. It would look really great in the fall season.
