7 Horrible horrible horrible.
My kitchen needs to change the floor the super never change.
The basement it's disgusting duty, stink.
Neighbors from 5th floor rent the room for many people lots of noise on the building.
I find Susan to be a highly competent young woman who does her job efficiently
They don't respond to emails or answer or return phone calls when I had a very important issue of succession in an apartment we have rented for 63 years. Their employees say the same thing to me, unresponsive.
Susan is incapable of doing her job, I requested proof of residency for 2 week, they said they need a legal document that I live there? , My lease is not enough? , I don't understand that statement, legal document that I live they for my building manager, idiotic question for 1 pice of document. Useless management company, also the window in my appointment hasn't been fixed for 2 years after sending several emails and phone class about it.
Ive been living here for over 30 years, a beautiful building! I have no problems with management at all. They've always been fair to me. I love my apartment and hope to live out my life here, Stephen Rosenfeld
I recently had a terrible experience with the building management team of the apartment complex I live in. To start with, they never respond to emails or calls. I had to keep following up with them to get basic issues resolved.
Furthermore, their maintenance work is subpar, and they do not fix things properly. I had an issue with my heat and it took them weeks to fix it, and even then, it started malfunctioning again within a week. They simply do not care about the tenants' comfort and well-being.
To make matters worse, the building's common areas are always in a state of disarray. The elevators are often out of service, and the hallways are not cleaned regularly. The building's security is also questionable, with frequent incidents of break-ins and thefts.
Overall, my experience with this building's management team has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. They are unprofessional, uncaring, and do not take the tenants' concerns seriously. Avoid this building at all costs.
These people are beyond rude and very unprofessional. They promise things and NEVER deliver. If you call them, it’s like you are interrupting them and so they refused to help or show one once of customer service. Worst property management company. Way to go, Mr Eisenburg in suggesting to use these people in the first place! A million
