NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley - Endocrinology - 1756 Route 9D, Cold Spring NY

The Cold Spring location is a hot mess. This practice has cancelled on me twice just days before my appointment. These appointments took months to get so it is very frustrating that they cancelled not only once, but two times 2 days before my scheduled appointment. It’s been difficult to get an OBGYN appointment since the pandemic, and as someone with a busy work schedule it is difficult to schedule one to begin with. The person I spoke with on the phone was not very helpful in scheduling a third appointment. I am extremely disappointed with these offices.

Came in by through the ER by ambulance. They handled everything swiftly and smoothly. Once admitted, I was taken care of very professionally and courteously the entire time. The nurses and doctors were thorough and answered every question I had and took the time to make me feel like a person who mattered.

All staff were very professional, welcoming, and selfless. I enjoyed my visit here I felt well cared for both RNs and patient care technicians. Special thanks to PCT Janell from 4 South unit. Janell is a very hard worker and very compassionate the true epitome of what patient care is supposed to be. I would also thank to thank nurse Prisck and Reshnna.

I was there in the emergency room in January 2020, my husband had to rush me there because I was very ill incoherent severe pain in my head any kind of symptom you can imagine. They did all kinds of testing I had a young doctor look at me and said he didn’t know what was wrong with me then the pandemic hit. And thank God I recovered from whatever it was that I was in the emergency room for in January come July I receive a bill for $8338 and change. For whatever reason the hospital didn’t put the correct billing code which screwed up everything with my insurance company they don’t know what they’re doing there I will never go there again and they’re not getting the $8338 because I have insurance and they need to correct the code so I will never go there and they never even found out what was wrong with me I possibly had Covid and no one knew what they were doing.

I left them because of Dr. C Meedlen. She made me feel so uncomfortable I will never deal with that office again and would not recommend her to anyone.

This hospital is the worst you can’t even call and get in touch with your family member it’s a big game nurses don’t wanna talk to you they’re all burnt out the patient care is atrocious go somewhere else!

Everything is new and updated here. Excellent doctors and staff.
