Next Chapter Brewpub, Auburn NY

The Peachy Keen Kolsch was delicious, but I was disappointed by the IPAs as they were just ok (I prefer juicy/hazy). The wood-fired pizza was on-point! We had the chorizo and pepperoni/sausage pizzas and they were fantastic!

Great place, wood fired pizza was great, beer was great, atmosphere was cozy and clean. Family owned, we met the owner. The backstory of the establishment was also great. Watch someone make your pizza, watch them brew your beer. They also have hard alcohol and know how to mix it right.

Our beer flight choices had a distinctive and consistent taste of sanitizer. After informing our very nice waitress who then sent over her manager, the latter said she would "check" the lines. She never returned to the table. We did not drink the majority of our beers flight options. We enjoyed two pizzas and a guest beer and wine. We were charged for all of the flight choices. We were polite and respectful, yet dismissed and treated in a defensive manner by the manager. We will not be returning.

Update: I should have read the reviews in more detail before patronizing this restaurant. The owners applaud the great reviews and patronize the customers who made reasonable complaints. Take a look through these reviews: if one is negative, the company response is defensive and demeaning. Eh, live and learn. I know what I've learned-never again.

Pizza was great. Beer was subpar. House beers tasted like sanitizer. Something went wrong with kegging, line cleaning, or dishwashing/rinsing. Manager didn't take my criticism seriously; stating that "no one else complained today, but I will look into it. "

Next Chapter never disappoints! Always a wonderful time seeing Michelle because she makes you feel like your home. Great music by Ainirns amazing talents are a perk! And well the food.simply beautiful presentations and I always look forward to it!

Stopped here for a drink and appetizers. Service was slow at first, but got better during our visit. We had chips with guacamole and hummus. It was good. We also had chicken wings, and they were absolutely DELICIOUS! Would recommend this brewpub!

The owner is a horrible person. I will never set foot in that place again. Rude & snobby.good luck with your business. Actually canceled my order because of the ridiculous behavior. I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to patronize this hoke in the wall.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! My boyfriend and I had never been here before. We walked in and were not greeted by anyone. Instead we were stared at and given dirty looks. We decided to sit at the bar. A blonde bartender approached us after about 3 minutes of sitting to there, with no one saying anything to us. This bartender ended up being very unfriendly, making rude comments after she thought I handed her a fake ID, WHICH WAS MY REAL ID. After she looked at my ID for several minutes, bending it as far as she could, she walked away and mumbled how she was not going to be the one to serve me. She then proceeded to whisper with a co-worker, looking in our direction. No one returned to talk to us nor ask if we wanted anything. We ended up leaving, again with no one saying anything. WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE GOING BACK!

Great service, beer was nicely paired with the pizza. Gotta love the “special ingredient” they put in the pizza! People were getting into the trivia which was fun as well.

Mediocre beer and took an hour to get the pizza we ordered.
Upside: Pizza is decent and kids loved the chalkboard which was important because we were there forever

The food is always good, serving staff is always amazing, food and drinks come out slow especially when it's packed. Wouldn't go if you're in a hurry. The owner always greets us and staff makes sure we're taken care of.

Stopped in on a visit from out of town and had a fantastic experience! Miranda took care of me at the bar and made sure I had the best tasting of their beers. The Wood Fire Pizza was a chicken bacon ranch option that was perfectly prepared by Ethan was off the hook! Great place to visit, drink, and eat!

Me and my fiance came here one night strolling around downtown. This place is a hidden gem. Amazing delicious food with a excellent atmosphere. Nice pleasant customer service. I've been in the food culinary industry for over 20 years cooking and the food was superb. The pizza was delicious! Excellent size for 2 people. The chili was on point just exactly the way I make it yum. Highly recommend this place for anyone. A+ 5/5 stars!
