Batavia Downs Gaming and Hotel is extremely grateful for everything National Fire Adjusters Co.accomplished for us. After a near catastrophic flood several months ago, our upstairs area flooring receive significant damage. However thanks to the outstanding people at the National Fire Adjusters co.we were able to receive the maximum amount available under our insurance policy so we could completely repair our floors and our walls. During this process, Ron Papa and his team provided the highest level of customer service and professionalism. They worked with our insurance company and kept us informed at every step of the process.

No questions went unanswered and I was fully informed every step of the way. Respectful, reliable, and caring. No one is prepared to suffer something like a house fire. There is an enormous amount of stress on top of mountains of paperwork and phone calls that you don’t know about until you go through it. My husband and I both work full time and I truly don’t know how we would have been able to keep our jobs and deal with the details and steps involved to get our lives back.
