Here's the thing, if someone comes in with questions about what to do, it would be nice if the people who are supposed to be helping weren't curt and blatantly uncaring.

Had some basic questions, and not only was the woman at the counter rude to me, but she was rude to others as well.
I get it, you are busy, okay.
But when one properly waits their turn in line, they deserve to be addressed with courteous and respectful responses.
And the other woman I asked (when it was my turn, again) did not answer politely either.
I was not rude. I was patient and polite. I did not earn or deserve to be spoken at in that manner.

The floors were disgusting and there was spilled food (or whatever that was) in a couple different spots, the chairs were sticky, no hand sanitizer on the counters. Just gross.

The third woman who finalized what I was needing to complete, was very polite. Wish I knew her name. She was the only polite one I encountered.

It pays to make an appt. Was in n out in literally 10 min! Great visit this time!

This place is absolutely no help and they never care about you or your on going issues. Any time I try to get help from this place or go there for an appointment ext.they have a terrible attitude and don’t offer much help

I've had nothing but negative experiences in the past with the DMV but today they were all very quick, super helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. This was including taking a class M permit test also.

It's pretty sad that one can never seem to make these so called appointments since they never answer the phone. Its even worse that they decided to make this location an appointment only. Which is complete bs since it is a public service and shouldn't be turning people away and is not open to the general public.

Inadvertently my registration expired took care of me with no problem.

While dmv can be a hassle.this one always seems able to help n get what I need done.done.
