What an experience! No one is happy getting their wisdom teeth removed, in my case I was very anxious for the procedure. The staff was so polite and kind, reassuring me every step of the way. There is total transparency of what will happen, what the cost is, and the payment options available.

The procedure itself was quick, the doctor was professional and also respectful when I expressed nervousness, and I’m recovering so well under the instructions given.

Other than the very long wait in the waiting room, which the doctor personally apologized for, everything about my surgical procedure was positive. I would recommend Dr. Nigalye highly. He and his staff take the time and attention to care, which makes it worth the wait!

Dr. Nigalye and his staff are excellent. From pre-op to post-op each of my children who had all four wisdom teeth removed did incredible. Dr. Nigalye and his staff were caring, compassionate, had great communication. Pain and swelling was very manageable and no need for narcotics! Pre and post op instructions were clearly written and easy to understand. Dr. Nigalye also has short, engaging videos he made to ease fears, explain the process and teach necessary post-op techniques of cleaning the area. A+ I am so appreciative!

Amazing staff, Amazing doctor, all around I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work. I spoke with Mary Lisa who was the most caring and understanding person I've talked to and Dr. Nigalye was the most personable/professional Dentist I've seen. I will always go here for any other dental work I may need!

Niagara dental implant has treated me like gold. I first went to see them I want to say it's either August or September of 2022 and I was looking at possibly getting implants a full mouth. I made an appointment and winning it saw Miss Erika, Believe me she does her job very well. And in no time I was walking out there understanding the full process and a full estimate of what the process was going to cost. It was in up to me, to figure out what I wanted to do. At that time I did some financial arrangements and made arrangements to come up with the money. They also have financing if you'd like that. But since the first day I walked in the door I've been treated like a king. November 2nd I had my surgery to remove all remaining teeth that I had in my mouth and to install the implants. I was very surprised that there was no pain whatsoever after the Novocaine wore off. Head surgery on Wednesday by Saturday I was already losing stitches. They send you immediately over to East Amherst dental where you'll be working with Dr picano in your denture work. Both offices are fantastic I cannot say enough about them. They all take pictures before and dental impressions of everything you have so they can come up with the best dentures to fit you. I have been so happy with my journey it has taken some time but it's a journey well worth it now I have a full set of teeth that I can actually eat with and eat anything I want. So do yourself a favor if you're even thinking about doing dental implants then make the call you will not be disappointed. If there's any questions that you would have, I would be happy to talk with anybody that's thinking about doing dental implants. Very easy and friendly throughout the entire process. I had a wisdom teeth extraction and it was actually really relaxing even having everyone in the room. They even called to make sure I was doing good a few days later and if I needed anything. Highly recommend!
