We stayed here a few days while on vacation. The people running it were very, very nice. However, there were a lot of long-term residents and trailers. It seems like it was a private campground that was turned into a KOA. The bathrooms were OK but the whole place was very buggy. There was also a sewage smell that permeated part of the area. Nonetheless, it filled up very quickly for the weekend. We probably won’t be going back to this particular KOA.

It's really hard to believe this is a KOA. The staff is nice. WiFi works. Electric water and sewer. The place needs a lot of work.

The location was convenient to the falls. Not every RV spot has sewer hookup. We were able to move to a spot that did after two days. The mosquitoes, poison ivy and the pool were very disappointing. I’ll look elsewhere next time.

They were accommodating when it came to the date change but then put us in a small space that we couldn't put the awning out. Very close to Niagara Falls.

This is one of those KOA's that happens to be close to a tourist destination so the sites are very close together and not very level I don't know what they have on the roads but if it gets wet it turns into nasty black mud. Very few sites have sewer hookups and the dump station is in a very awkward position and very dirty. There are quite a few permanent or seasonal RV's in various states of disrepair. The restrooms near the office are OK the ones in the back need a lot of love. There is a smell of raw sewage when the wind blows a certain direction I suspect they have some sort of problem there as well. We have stayed in many KOA's and this one is in the bottom 3 of them all. 2 good things I can say is that it is very close to Niagara Falls and the Internet is pretty good which is a good thing being that they don't have cable.

Stayed for 2 nights to use as a base to see the falls. Location isn’t bad for that reason, now as other commenters posted, “boring for kids” is an understatement. There’s flat out nothing for them to do here, the pool is run down and filled with cottonwood. The playground is old and meant for very young toddlers. Trails? As soon as you step foot on them prepare to be absolutely swarmed by mosquitoes! Mind you, to my knowledge the area prior to to our arrival had been pretty dry. No reason for these little squitos’ to be everywhere, maybe host can spray the pool area and grounds a bit to keep the bug population mitigated. Overall, good place to pop in if you plan on spending all day at the falls, but for anything else maybe look somewhere else.

We stayed for Memorial day weekend, the bathrooms, the staff and the location are great. The place itself pretty boring for kids. Full with 2 herbs that shouldn't be there: poison ivy and weed EVERYWHERE.so hard to walk around. 3 nights they're was too much

This place has bed bugs in the cabins. Please refrain from staying here. Could save yourself time at the hospital and alot of grief making sure they don't go into your home.nasty place that has no regard for the situation! Passing the buck and trying to blame the customer! Health board will be called

My brother-in-law rented two cabins this weekend Friday Saturday and we left on Sunday k3 and K4 at this place K4 had bed bugs in the back room where my sister-in-law and uncle- in-law got chewed up by bed bugs, and at 2: 00pm in the afternoon security comes up and told us that we need to quiet down it's not during quiet hours or anything and we are just talking and listening to music on a cell phone they came again around 5: 00 to tell us to quiet down again.

The man who runs this campground is amazing! He is so kind and full of information about the area.

The WiFi is ok, but I was able to get some work done.

It's relatively close to the falls which is great. A grocery store was close. They recycle too! Laundry on premise.

Overall, cannot say enough good things about this place

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days, and overall, the experience was great. The campground is pretty quiet at night, the store up front is really convenient, the workers are very friendly and the bathrooms pretty centrally located. The only issue was that the bathrooms are rarely cleaned. I think it was fully cleaned once while we were there. The dead bugs everywhere for days at a time are gross, but otherwise, it’s nice. They do have a pool (no dogs allowed) and some hoops for kids. Like I said, overall, a very good experience, but the bathrooms really should be cleaned a lot more often.

Great campground close to Niagara Falls and the hydropower plant. Very kind owner, good WiFi, and nice pool!

The main building is great but the place could be so much more with a little energy put into it. Only 15 minutes from Niagara.could be more.

I'm giving it a 3 because there's a pool and the cabin our friends were in wasn't half bad. Otherwise this campground is entirely too packed. I saw awnings in he's away from the neighbors camper. CRAZY.

First thing I'd like to say the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly. But after that it went all downhill. We went to the first site and we thought somebody's already there. So I asked them what site they were at. They were actually at the site behind us. But there was no fire pit picnic table had good place to park our car on what was supposed to be our site. So on our way back up the office I noticed there was another site that was still empty and asked very friendly lady at the front desk if it was available. She called the owner because he gets excited if the sites are changed. He did not answer. So she took executive action and moved us herself. Two men on a golf cart came by I assume the one man was the owner. He informed us that we were parked in the wrong spot like five times as we were putting our tent up. Mind you the tent was in the right spot the car wasn't. I asked him about the picnic table wasn't worried about the fire ring. He informed me that our neighbors had took the fire rain and table. I don't think so! But he was also kind of uses golf cart just shove another table over to us

Small sites, gravel roads, great store! Do NOT go past tent sites with trailer or rig - you won't make the U turn at the end of the park!

Host were very friendly. Bath house was clean and good water pressure. Will never use their cabins again! Didn’t look like it was clean between guest. Lots of dog hair under the beds. The one set of bunks turned out to be infested with bedbugs! We ended are vacation early due to my grandson and daughter being all bit up. Couldn’t pack up fast enough when we realized what was the problem. Host apologize and refunded us the total amount of our stay without hesitation which makes me believe this wasn’t the first complaint of the natural. Pool looked like it needed vacuumed but water was clear. Not a big place but the campground was convenient to all Niagara Falls has to offer. Kinda disappointed in this KOA. Would stay again but only in an RV because of its location!
