Niagara Falls Urgent Care and Primary Care

Always clean and staff is very efficient. The Dr.cares and it shows. If it looks crowded dont leave it goes faster than your dr.office appts.

This is an incredible urgent care. I took my 3 year old here on Saturday after not feeling confident in her pediatricians diagnosis since they have been dismissing my concern for the 7 weeks she has been sick. The staff is incredible here. Dr. Debbie was so good with her and made her feel comfortable. It took all of 20 minutes for her to diagnose. She was diagnosed with double ear infections and a respiratory infection that her pediatrician missed. She explained very thourogly and what each thing she was prescribing was going to do. She is feeling much better today but I did call to verify dosage and when I called I got to speak to the male doctor who was so so personable and made sure I understood everything he was saying without making me feel like I was inferior to him which I find with her ped. I will always recommend this urgent Care and I wish they took children at the primary care!

Had to call number to pay bill - not with the times to pay digitally.
Female who took my call (at 877 #) would not give me confirmation # over the phone; states will mail.
Wait a waste of paper and time as I have to check my account to see if posted!

I recently visited your location on Military Rd.in Niagara Falls. I was seen quickly after I signed in. The staff and the PA were very professional and attentive to my situation. I was in and out in about 50 min time. I would have no issues with recommendations and I would rerurn again if I ever need too.
