Very well design Visitor center, very, very helpful and pleasant people behind counter.

This place was not too busy and had lovely public bathrooms. It was spacious and not cramped. It had good information about the area to help you decide what to do after you've visited the falls. The staff was helpful and well-informed.
May I recommend getting the gray line tour package. Tour guide covers the best spots including the maid in the mist ride.
I am a Type A personality/big planner when we travel to new places, but for some reason Niagara Falls was just a little difficult to research! We stopped into the visitor center on our first day in Niagara Falls and were met by Dan who was SO incredibly helpful! The visitor center was the perfect place to find out what was open, how to obtain tickets, and learn about local fun spots like BlackBird Cider Works (highly recommend taking the drive!)!
The best part was that we got a honeymoon capital of the USA certificate because we were on our honeymoon:) thanks to Dan for leading us to have one of the best trips we’ve ever taken.
If Dan’s boss sees this, I hope you give him a raise because he is wonderful! He was by far the nicest person we met during our entire trip to western NY and Niagara Falls! Thank you times a million!
This visitor center has a lot of really friend people that will explain you how to walk the park and get to know the most that you can in a certain period of time. It also has a souvenir store.
Beautiful falls and multiple areas to see them and social distance. The gift shop outside the falls has a better selection of gifts. The park is gorgeous to walk around also and there are statues an smaller waterfalls also.
It was very limited and the parking lot was stupidly over priced when the surrounding lots were a fraction of the price.
Finally made it after wanting to come for years. It was great, especially getting soaked on the Maid of the Mist. Loved it!
Nice, clean little shop. We visited several times and always interacted with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
Its awesome help to turist who come and dont know what to even see or do here. All recommendation about timing, what to see how to go there. Map of area, falls, and many magazine all around state free.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and provided useful information about the tour package. If you buy the package from third party is very expensive!

The main entrance to the Maid of the Mist, Niagara Falls, Cave of the Winds. Buy your Cave of the Winds tickets out front. Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are a must see.
Niagara Falls is still a great place to visit in spite of showing it's age a bit. Definitely a tourist trappy kind of place so try to get a little bit away from downtown to get the real local experience.
