Place never picks up days in and day out! Then you go in person to make an appointment and they hit you with you need to make one over the phone but me being me and upset I demand. My son turned 4 in December and have been calling everyday couple times a day and nothing. At this point does anyone know who I can contact to complain or someone high up there please let me know

Very unprofessional everybody there seems like they have a attitude don't wanna work the doctor didn't even introduce herself i had to ask whats your name the area where the kids supposed to sit that's dirty to be honest this place needs to be closed I will be looking for somewhere else for my children to go

This place is horrible they NEVER answer the phones OR the patient portal request for an appointment! My daughter had an appointment 09/10/2023 I called AHEAD of time to reschedule due to a death in the family.from 09/08/2023 till now no response no call back I cannot tell you how many times I have been calling! They are unprofessional and ghetto as hell every time I'm in there! I hate this place if I could give 0 stars I would! These people need to be replaced also am contacting the BBB (better Business bureau)!

Very rude staff so unorganized phone voicemail always full where no messages are able to be left you try to make appointment in person tell you they can't book so far out in advance and when that time frame come they addote months saying they have nothing open such a bad place to take your kids not acceptable pick another place

They never answer the phones, answer machine comes out you leave your information they call you back 2 or 3 days later smh and when you tell them that you been calling they get an attitude.

Can’t complain, there is a wait, you’re not seen at your time of your appointment but they are good with my kids.

They give you one hour for the appointment and you have to wait 2 hours for them to call you and 2 more hours for them to attend

My daughter struggled bad with allergies the past few years the drs never helped. Im on Google 5 minutes and found not just treatment but a cure smh. You're never seen at your appointment time, so be prepared to be here at the minimum 2 hours. Nobody is ever available in reception to answer the phones, and when they are the don't. This is a nuisance because you then have to come into the office just to schedule an appointment or just to receive information that you could have easily gotten help with over the phone. The office is almost always dirty, and most of the staff have bad attitudes and are rude. If zero stars was an option I'd pick it. If this office wasn't a convenience because of being close to my house and me not having transportation I definitely would not bring my daughter here.

They don't pickup the call. But u could reach the nurse for any help u need with medicine refill or if u need certain medicine and it didn't got sent to the pharmacy, u can let the nurse know and the nurse send it immediately. Or if u need to talk to ur doctor about any urgent situation just press the option for to talk to the nurse. And let the nurse know what are u seeking for your child to see the doctor.

Never answer the phone unprofessional need to be closed down. I am removing my child from this office can’t get a hold for a wellness check I don’t even know why they have the option if you have kids please choose somewhere else other than this hole. Just people stealing time on the clock because they are not working clearly
