6I did one-on-one personal training with Jake through April-August of 2023. Unfortunately I couldn't continue w/ him because I moved to NJ. Jake is an amazing coach, our sessions were intense, active, and personally tailored to me for my fitness goals. Through our time I got stronger, increased my stamina and endurance, and got in overall better shape (lost weight and increased muscle/better physique) with Jake keeping me focused and committed to my goals and also tracking my weekly progress. On top of all this, Jake is literally one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Working out with him was truly a pleasure. All the trainers at Nicely Fit are excellent and their facility is huge with everything you'll need to get right. Highly recommend this gym.
I’m a big fan of this gym, been a regular and training one on one with Rob for 1y already. Not only do I feel fit again but I maintain my health, Rob knows exactly what my weaknesses are and adjust every single workout to give me strength and avoid the pain. I can t recommend this gym enough, great energy, clean space and brand new equipment, look no further!

I found Nicely Fit when I stayed temporarily in Long Island City and it was the closest gym to my hotel. They had the one-week free trial promo at the time so I signed up for it, instantly fell in love and even started doing daily rate after my trial was over.
The trainers, Jake, Rob, and Brian are all super friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. I signed up for Open Gym and was great the gym was always clean and never crowded. Nobody ever try to push me to sign up for personal trianing sessions like some of the commercial gyms. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a supportive training community!

The gym is beautiful and has great equipment, needless to say the gym space is always clean and organized which makes the training experience pleasant! Definitely my go to gym.
Came to NY for vacation for one week and discovered Nicely fit co cause was the nearest gym I had from my hostel. The guys were so kind and welcoming from the beginning and they have plenty material to do nice workouts if you want to use the open gym schedule. Will definitely come again if I come back to New York! Cheers guys! Keep grinding
