Nike Factory Store, Deer Park NY

If you are looking for a special nike shoes this is not a place for that since it is a outlet. Prices are ok. If you get a nike membership which is free you get extra 10 percent discount. When I go there I usually buy 7 shoes which cost me around 250 dollars. In the store there are shoes that they have almost all sizes and there are also shoes on the wall which there is usually one size of them. You can also find clothes and other nike stuff

Bought a pair of discounted Nike sneakers. I spent about $35. There was a large variety of choices of sneakers and clothing.

The place was limiting entry but the place was packed! I felt that it was.over crowded. On top of that there were many folks not even trying to socially distancing. The sales people were very helpful. They are the reason they didn't get q

Not much of a selection. Everything was priced competitive. The staff was nowhere to be found and the amount of people I the store is hazardous.

Got to the store at 6: 40 p.m. When they are supposed to close at 7: 00.they had already locked the doors and told people that they were closed because they needed to wipe the store down. If you're supposed to close at 7: 00 then close at 7: 00, just because you have things to do doesn't mean that you can close up early, That's not how you run a business or treat customers.

Came in to get a credit for a return item that didnt fit me. Manager wanted to only give me $50 because I didnt have the receipt of the item on me. The price of the shoe I was returning was worth $110. (It said it on the box) Worst customer service I ever had. Drove an hour to Riverhead for this customer service. Never ever will return and I will let my friends know as well.

Theres always a great find at the Nike Store especially since we are Club Members. The Store is a but far out from where I reside but it sure is with it.

This is a pretty great Nike store and probably one of the best factory stores I’ve ever been to. I had some time to kill before my movie so I stop by quickly to see what was the starteand they had a lot of apparel and shoes that I wanted and passed and thought had gone out of rotation so I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had options as far as things I thought I missed out on. Definitely Encourage anyone at the mall looking for a pair of the shoes for themselves or for other people to stop by and check out what’s in store.

I am trying to return one shoe in this Nike factory store, however the manager named David refused to do it, because He was saying the shoe has some issues about glue and thrums, I was like what? I don’t even try the shoes and that’s how Nike originally made it, so one employee from Nike Company was saying the quality of shoe from Nike is bad? Lol

You can't go wrong here. Essentially every Nike gear you want or need can be found here. Plenty of eager employees to assist you. So many great items you may end up buying the entire store. Look for the clearance racks, sales and discounts. Nice hip music in the background in order to enhance the shopping experience.

Good store and good service. Some of the sizes were lacking, but that's given at an outlet store. The lady at the front (Antiqua) was super friendly and helpful:)

One of my favorite places to shop at. They have a great selection here and the deals are fantastic too. The staff are real nice and it's well stocked all the time.

I do like Mikey very well in the people in there a great but my kids love it even more I guess that's why I have no money always and Nike for my kids

The sneakers were reasonably priced, although not the best selection! I purchased our items. I went right back for a pair of leggings & instantly they were gone. The service was just ok.

Great service. The men and women who work there are great. And the line was a little long but the cashiers were quick and accurate along with being courteous.

It's very nice store with helpful staff. However, it's an outlet store. So it was a bit of a madhouse, and didn't carry the shoes I was looking for. The more valuable Nike shoes can only be found in the flagship stores, in Manhattan for instance. I didn't know this until one of the employees explained it to me today.

Nike in Deer Park is a great place to find neccessary Nike items like Nike Pro, tech fleece, and shoes for discounted prices!

Located inside the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Close to the other stores and restaurants. Moderately clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Weekly sales sometimes up to 40%. Staff is ok. Public Restrooms are nearby. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Some woman sue shops there and employees let her buy out the store leaving regular shoppers with nothing. Rather just go to footlocker because of people like that

Worst experience at Nike store. The security told me don’t put shoe box on the bench while I was on my phone. I politely asked him what’s happening then he kept asking me “don’t you understand English? I’m not gonna repeat my words. You people go back to Flushing. ” I ain’t even from Flushing. He thought all Asian are from there. And don’t even bother communicating with the manager Vanessa. She refused to provide the security’s name and told me “go ahead” if I want to report any employee here.
