Expensive but loved the experience! Better selection than anywhere else. Staff was super helpful.

Security guards and some staff GREAT. Select is low and 5 floors but only 1 pair of men's Jordans in the bldg. Rest staff just hanging out.

Rude everyone.door people.sales staff.were standing around chatting and ignoring customers although it was empty that time of the day.walked out even though I found what I wanted.went to lady footlocker nxt door and bought an Adidas

Really cook layout & vibe in this store. Selection is ok. Lots of areas to explore/multi level. Staff was chill.

Costumer service is worst! I tried to call this store and instead of saying hello, the phone representative said give me a second. How rude! Also when we finished our conversation I said thank you he just hang up. Nike should have a nice and better employees! So disappointed!

Kind of a ridiculous amount of space for so little selection. And the personalization is kind of a joke. You can pick a graphic or a color, and thats about it.

The guys that work there are man dimes lol but they are also great help i was there on vacation they helped find some great outfits

Great multilevel super store. Nice staff who will help you find products not available in their locations.

Clean, cool cutting edge. The interior of the store fits in with the surround business. There is a mini court on the upper level

This location has a different vibe than the store that was on 57 street.

I was very disappointed! I expected it to be way bigger and way more spectacular with a greater Choice of football articles! I know the store in London and it is easily ten times as impressive as this one. Staff was friendly tho!

Loved this place! Found what I wasn't looking for. Lol go and design your own uptowns and shirt to match.

No registers sales associates walk around helping customers. In theory this might be a good idea but it doesn't work. Sales associates aren't helpful, terrible attitude, they end up talking to each other and not the customers. Don't recommend shopping here.

Very friendly staffs, nice clean place. As well staffs help you a lot to choose the perfect shoes for everything!

Poorly managed store where staff hang around in groups chatting like in a school yard busy looking cool with little interest in helping customers. Contrasts greatly with the Nike Running Flatiron store where staff are friendly and helpful.

I love coming here in order to see all the latest trendy nike gear, plus they have monogram station where u can customize your stuff

Family were excited to come a picked a slew of items for purchase (over 1k easy). But we got to the top floor where the basketball court resides and they gave my son a hard time about using the court. Two different stories from you had to buy shoes first too the court was closed for an event. I left clothes with an equally unhelpful person claiming she was a manager and left I have to thank them really, my money can be better spent elswhere. ;-)

Overall my experience was great but they had several technical difficulties with their devices telling them what they had available in stock which was a little annoying

You'll find what you need, 4 floors dedicated to the ladies, men and kids. Attention was really bad, it is usually pretty crowded. Occasionally you'll find sale prices.

Good spot - it's Nike - cool displays and all. Wasn't too much in the way of anything rare, but it has just about everything.

Big collection, service, employees helpful and give advice, more then 3 floors, easy paying, closely to metro, every things are great.
