Worst customer service ever. Sales person lied about the Moxy toy. It is not a WiFi device. It is a Bluetooth device. Needless to say 140.00 later she refused to return the money to the card and offed a store credit. We were not satisfied with that one purchase so why would we receive a gift card for that large amount of money? Very disappointed in their customer service department. If i could i would give 0 stars. Go to the XXX store on 1&9 in New Jersey. They have a better customer service department and you will be treated like a person in stead of a dollar bill.

I miss you guys, I went to a store near me and they were completely horrible, I missed your black Friday sale but I definitely will be in there sooner or later I had to take a $10 loss because some companies near me. (not mentioning but they no who they are uhumummm) decided that they cannot except a bent pen back. - tried to get one over on me, And because I was tired and in a rush, he did, oh well I never get that with you guys, always (Rocco Is awesome) good service and good people Prices are prices but If something was broken you would except it back and at least give me the same thing in exchange not let me walk out with a broken bent pen

Great store & staff but they don’t open til “a little after 10” on Sundays.it says 9 am but they really open at “a little after 10”.

Was a little nervous about my first sexual product but an employee greeted me right away he was so funny and kind it makes you forget about the uncomfortableness of being in the store like that if you’re someone like me so I would totally recommend their prices are great and employees are very friendly I ended up staying at 15 20 minutes just talking. And you most definitely have to ask for Rocco he is the best very nice guy makes you feel super welcome and you forget you’re in a sex shop which is a good thing for me so five star for sure!
