It’s been over three months waiting for the return of an oxygen concentrator sent in for warranty repairs. I can’t get anyone to tell me the status or reason for delay. No follow through on their multiple promises to get back to me. Still waiting while my 94 year-old mother is limited to a heavy oxygen tank. Very frustrated and disappointed with this company.

I purchased an oxygen concentrator. After 4 weeks of use it stopped working. They told me I need to ship back and wait 1-5 weeks for repair and will not provide replacement. I do not use oxygen for no reason. I cannot wait weeks. They do not return phone calls, and their response is unethical for a medical supply company.

I ordered accessories for a Pari Trek S nebulizer. Product shipped promptly, and I received a tracking number. Product made it to their local USPS, and then stalled for 7 days. I contacted NIMS and spoke with an English speaking gentleman. He said he would put a trace on the package. My tracking app showed that a trace was put on the package the same day I called. Package was located by USPS, and I received it 2 days later. In my opinion, the customer service agent did a great job!

I used to go to another medical supplies store in the area but the service has become poorer and poorer after switching owners. No Insurance Medical Supplies, on the other hand, maintained the top-tier service throughout the years that I have been ordering from them. This is the main reason why I am very loyal to them even if more and more stores are popping up in the area.

The order process is super simple and uncomplicated. We have ordered from them since the beginning of the pandemic because they are the ones that deliver quickly and within the promised time frame. Truly reliable!

Normally I do not write negative reviews, but this one needs to be seen for all future customers. So the tank was delivered 10 min ago. Open box and the tank is used. Invoice in box states new tank. Not only used but stamped 2001 (new date) and has had 3 hydrostatic testing done on it since. Last one Apr of 2017. Meaning unless I pay to have it tested again in April of 23 (4 months away) this tank is junk. Scratches like its been through a grinder. Called their customer service number listed on amazon and all they can say is I have to take all disputes up with Amazon. Although the representative that I talked to stated that all their warehouse has in stock is used ones. By the way, I did call them on the phone to give them the chance to make this right before writing this review. BUYER BEWARE!

Cannot return new unused cpap, don't let them sell you! I canceled my order being unsure, they called me back & talked me into it, now I'm out $1000

We realized that the longer I delay my cpap therapy, the more difficult it is for me to heal from my sleep apnea and so I went immediately to NIMS. I have been going to there store for ages and I knew that it is the only place where I could score the best deals. Thankfully, I got a huge discount so it was definitely a treat for me

We got the Invacare HomeFill Oxygen System Kit and I find it to be reasonably priced compared to other stores that charge a huge amount of delivery fee on top of the actual price of the item. Plus they offer really good service too whenever I face technical issues.
