Not a terrible experience but not the best. Went there for a tooth that was in pain from a previous ofc. Everyone was okayyy. They fixed it but like another reviewer mentioned, the main dentist was very pushy to get additional work done. Granted my teeth were not in tip top shape but my main concern was just getting rid of my pain for one tooth. Reluctantly, I got additional prodecures done bc like I said my teeth aren't pristine and felt pressured. She even made one of my teeth blue-ish/black at the top, when I told her about it and she was dismissive. Long story short, I just stopped going bc it just felt like it was all about $$$ at the end of the day.

Up-to-date practices, professional, very friendly. Even when they stopped participating in-network with my insurance (but still took my insurance), I chose to pay a bit more to stick with them because of how much I trust Dr. Quartey and her team.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire team at Nobel Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The receptionist and the front staff was friendly and efficient, and the dental assistants did an excellent job, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Ellscar and Dr. Narain were highly skilled and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Dr. Narain, thank you for doing a fantastic job with my surgery. I appreciate the professional and compassionate care I received at your office. I was blown away by the short wait time, and the office had high-tech equipment. It felt like I had been coming here for years, laughing and talking to the staff. I had decided to make Nobel Dental my home going forward. Thank you again for making my dental visit a positive experience!

I’ve been coming here for the better part of 7 years. I really love the dentists, but back of house billing has drastically gone downhill.

They are conducting extremely shady practices, attempting to overbill customers, and won’t even discuss in person to break down the bills. For example, for a crown, their price is $1485. My insurance company covers 80%, which I confirmed directly with them. Then why is Noble Dental trying to charge me $546 (which is almost double what I should pay - 36% vs 20%), and won’t even offer explanation or discuss with me?

It’s not right, I was a loyal customer for years, traveling from another neighborhood to continue coming here, and I will not be doing that anymore.

UPDATED AFTER THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: Interesting that you’d rather address this behind a screen over a review, versus face-to-face when I was standing in your office asking the very same question. Further, you are incorrect: confirmation from my insurance company again that they cover 80%.

Updated again a year later: Noble continues to bill me, even though I have not been a patient for over a year. When asked, in writing, for an explanation of the bill, their billing dept does not return calls, does not respond to emails. When I call the office, they hide behind “no one is available to discuss”.

As I’ve always said, good bedside manner of the clinicians, however back office practices make this business nothing shy of criminal, DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a great experience here. They have all the latest tech and the staff are very warm and professional. Can't recommend them enough.

I can't recommend this office enough. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable kind, and not as important but very well-cool. I appreciate a dentist who is up to date on the latest options for different dental issues, but leaves it up to me to make an informed decision. I'll be sending everyone I know here!

I’ve been a patient here for 6 years and have never had any issues. The hygienists and dentists are great but the billing process and how patients are informed of charges is abysmal (specifically over the past year). I can’t get in contact with anyone. Unfortunately, I will likely be finding a new dental practice.

I had the most wonderful experience at Nobel Dental Office today. Professional care and greeting warm my heart. I highly recommend my family, friends and others to this facility. I walk in with so much pain and walk out doing a little dance

My visit to Noble Dental Care was the very best ever! Their bedside manner was awesome! I wish I discovered them early on!

The staff was very pleasant, the office was clean and beautiful, the dentist was professional, and took the time to explain details. I’m happy with my visit and I definitely recommend this place!

I usually never leave reviews for businesses but I felt obliged to do so for this place. I have gotten dental services provided other places before but after coming here I won't be going back to those other dental offices. Let's start with the amazing hospitality you get when you walk through the door by Alyssa the receptionist. Dr. Theressa Eliscar-Hewett Is hospitable, and extremely knowledgable. I'm not familiar with all the names in the office but they have a great team of professionals there.

I had such a great first experience at Noble Dental. It definitely is an elevated experience compared to what my old “normal” was with my past dental practices. Everyone on staff was super friendly. The location itself is beautiful. The small details add up to make a huge difference. Such as giving me a lovely goodie bag which is a nice reusable toiletries bag with all the usual suspects: toothpaste, toothbrush, floss to great music and lovely staff make a huge difference to make what could be an unpleasant experience a fun one.

My dental hygienist Mayra and my dentist Dr Eliscar were both very personable and great at their jobs. They explained what they were doing and why as well as answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtfulness. I felt very much cared for and I can already tell that my teeth and gum health will be the better from coming here.

The support staff were very nice, and Dan the hygienist was great: friendly, informative, thorough, and the gentlest, easiest cleaning I have ever had; I’m practically looking forward to my next appointment!

EDIT: I feel duped. Upon returning for my next appointment six months after the initial review was written, I was informed of outstanding and significantly increased charges from my previous appointment. At no point in the interim six months was I informed of this increase. Apparently, the standard dental work I had already paid for was only an estimate, and I ended forking over an extra $900 over what was originally owed. Keep in mind this was for STANDARD dental work. Do not believe what you are told about coverage, and really do not believe the estimates they give you unless you can afford to. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the dental services themselves have been pretty good.
