3 Yesterday, my propane tank was delivered outside Corning NY set up by Megan.
Dennis and Tim were professional, timely and very knowledgeable about their task to ensure that there were no leaks. Despite the fact I explained the house had been hooked up to propane for years, the two insisted on leak testing the system. They did find a leak at the dryer!
Grateful they both were dedicated and they didn't accept my answer. Feeling safer for my family members with this level of service.

Our locked in price was set at $1.68 / gallon for the winter.
There was issues with the situation and our lock price was not honored. Still cheaper than competitors.
A great company. Always very friendly and helpful on the phone and deliveries are fast and reliable.
Won’t provide emergency service because I don’t have an account yet. There are noco tanks on the property I just purchased. I called the emergency line at 4: 30 today and was told by a representative that someone would call me later today and a delivery would be made by tomorrow morning at the latest. After hearing nothing I called back and was told that they can’t help me and they’re not going to do anything about it, even though I had been told I would receive a delivery. Manager refused to do anything to help me. Was completely unsympathetic to the fact that it’s 20 degrees out and I had depended on them to make a delivery I had been told I would get. I asked him to listen to the first call recording where I was made that promise, because he was treating me like he didn’t believe me. Kept saying if the first told me that he was mistaken. Had no interest in rectifying the mistake on their end, just kept telling me there is nothing he can do, and even if he listened to the call and confirmed what I was saying it wouldn’t make a difference. A truly abhorrent experience.
