Dr. Natoli is truly an amazing and talented surgeon. She was thorough in her guidance and explanation prior to my surgery. I was grateful for her positive and reassuring approach. I am already thrilled with the post operative results and know all will continue to improve. The surgical staff, including the PA's, nurses and Dr. Kane, the anesthesiologist were exceptional. From start to finish, my care was impeccable.

Went in for my schedule ear repair procedure. I arrived early in case I needed to complete any additional authorization forms. From the time I arrive to the time I left (total of 45 mins), the entire staff (receptionist, assistant and Dr. Noel) was friendly, helpful and professional.
As the assistant prepared me for the procedure, she explained what everything was for and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Noel came in a few minutes later and start. She too let me know every step and made sure there was no discomfort. I'll definitely recommend anyone looking foe ear repair to check their website.

Fantastic doctor with a true passion for what she does. Excellent communication. Great personality and genuine concern for the patient. Many doctors give you the “half listen”, she gave it 100%. My minor procedure was a simpler one compared to what she normally deals with, but she put herself into it as if it was a major procedure. A rare find! If I ever need a plastic surgeon again, she will be it. And I would like to highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Natoli is an amazing surgeon who does exemplary work. Her bedside manner is excellent, she is promptly available through email, and she is very receptive to questions and requests. Patients are her first priority, and I couldn’t be happier with the services rendered! My results had minimal scarring, even after revision surgery (which was precipitated by forces outside of anyone’s control), and look exactly like the sketches I brought to her with my ideal vision in mind.
