Wow! This place is delicious and the app has good deals for new users. This was my first time trying it and I was surprised of how delicious everything was.

Great experience from a fast food chain style store.

I came here for a small dinner wand was pleasantly surprised. The menu has plenty of options to choose from for all tastes. I went with the Spicy Korean Beef Noodle. They were great. Taste was perfect, a little spicy and sweet at the same time. Loaded with beef and veggies. The portion was good, I actually ordered in a to go containter and took some home.

They have an app which I would recommend so you can get some points and deals from. You have to come back a few times to make the app worth it but I know I'll be eating here again.

I got the Japanese stir fry noodles, had no flavor, noodles were not great quality reminds me of college cafeteria food. The gyoza were not bad.

Waste of $20 won’t be coming back.

I took my mom and here and we both enjoyed it, I got the Japanese Pan Noodles and they were really good.

My daughter loves this place. Good food and so many different varieties of pasta. Healthier zoodle options as well which are delicious

New to me is that they have GF Mac; the cheese is more on the runny side, but still good. They have a handful of different gluten free meal options. I don't think all of them are even marked gluten free though as I'm pretty sure you can get buttered noodles GF by just swapping the noodle, but didn't see it on the menu. I'm not familiar with how many sauces are gluten free, but there are a couple. Tell them it's an allergy (if it is) so they put that on the order.

Worst customer service from this (Westbury) store manager, he hung up the phone. Ordered delivery service directly from their website, (not DoorDash Uber eats etc) paid the service, delivery and tip fee. Several items were missing. The bag was stapled closed upon delivery. This "manager" whom did not identify himself will be hearing from corporate shortly

Worst place, ordered noodles with avocado and eggs. I received spicy noodles with little avocado. Worst noodles I've tasted

By far my favorite restaurant in this area, the Wisconsin Max & Cheese is very good. Amazing service always, and I get fast delivery always. Dining in is great, they have very fast service and you get seated almost immediately. The prices are great as they are good for their worth. It's great that they are always open for lunch or dinner and whenever I want to have some Noodles and Co. 5 stars!

They staff have no idea what customer service is. Overcooked noodles and terrible customer service. They are lucky they are the only noodles and Co in miles. Would not recommend to anyone. Save your time and money

We ordered the Pad Thai noodles and customized the Lean-guini. It's just okay, nothing exciting. The noodles were not up to my expectations nor were they consistent with original Pad Thai version. The service was good and staff friendly. Received our order on time and as requested however not my favorite since the portions given are very less for the price tag and the taste sub par. Overall an average place for quick noodle cravings!

My family and I love noodles and co but our experience today was absolutely terrible and incredibly disappointing! I ordered the Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein which should come with vegetables including snap peas, napa and red cabbage, green onions and cilantro. However when my food was brought to my table there were no vegetables at all in the dish. When I told the employee about this they informed me that they didn’t have any of the vegetables that were supposed to be in my dish. I understand that with covid there are some shortages in supply but if someone orders food and the store doesn’t have more than half of the ingredients in it they should tell you before you purchase it, instead of telling you that they don’t have the ingredients and simply walking away. Not to mention the bathrooms were also completely trashed and disgusting. I am highly disappointed and frustrated that something like this could have happened!

Our noodle dish was ok. The smell of the store got to me, but my daughter wanted to eat there.
Thank goodness we were able to eat outside.
The odor in the bathroom tells me cleaning is needed.

Hit or miss, depending on what you order but good food overall. I really enjoyed their chicken noodle soup and the grilled orange chicken lo mein.
