I had very bad experiences with inspection where they tried not to pass my car for a whole list of things cost over $1000. As a woman, they think i am an easy target. I refused the repairs, but they tried to put fear in me about the safety if i didn't get it done. They failed my inspection, charged $37 and wasted my time. I went to another auto shop and passed inspection without a problem. They also adviced me certain thing might need to be done in the future and offered me quotes a lot cheaper. This place is dshonest because they don't make money from passing your inspection and get paid a lot more if they fail you.

Every time I go for inspection, they always tell me that something has to be fixed before they pass my vehicle so they can make more money or they will not pass me and still have to pay for the inspection. Some of the repairs are very expensive. They think I don't know anything about cars and other places I have no problems passing. Not to be trusted if you don't know anything about auto repairs.

It seems many unhappy customers have the same problem with inspection where they try to fail you for every little wear and tear of the car which don't need to be fixed immediately, but you will feel bad paying for fail inspection and waste time going some place else. They tried to charge tires that are twice as much as Costco and crazy price for breaks and rotors. I ended buying my original breaks and rotors for half the price and pay for the labor, only to see the parts are not that worn-out. I finally stop going to them when they try to make me fix the control arm and struts for over $1000 and my suv has only 40K miles. I when to another place and passed inspection with no issues. Too bad I can't give negative star ratings. Don't go to inspection at this place especially if you are a woman or someone who doesn't know about auto repairs.

Do not go here. Do not give these people any of your money they do not care, and they will take as long as you want. I come here to get a car inspection and the guy tells me there’s only one guy here it’s gonna take three hours. When is he can clearly also do it himself for something that takes 30 minutes to do not go here. They rejected me three times to get my car inspection. Do not go here.

These guys are the best. They have been maintaining my mom's cars for more than a decade. I must say in that time they have been friendly, reliable, very understanding especially for senior citizens who move slower and sometimes forget. I totally trust these guys.

Purchased a new tire at a different store, and it was not balanced during installation; car shook at 45 MPH. Took it to Nor Marathon and they got the job done in under 30 minutes; no vibrations at all.

Had tires replaced here today, great customer service, super quick and prices were fair and reasonable and quoted as is. Did not upsell. Even did me a favor for free when asked to switch old tires to the back. Thank you Harry and team! Would recommend.

They have always been honest, attentive and as timely as feasible. The manager Aman is a pleasure and his staff are just as wonderful.

I have done business with this service shop for almost 10 years. They recently lost their manager Aman and ever since they have put incompetent people in his place and its gone completely down hill. They are not responsive, show no urgency for a long time customers needs and frequently fail to communicate at any level. I've given these new individuals ample opportunity to do right by me but they have failed at every turn. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
