Nordstrom Rack reviews
18Here again I stand waiting for information regarding footwear. During my last visit I waiting 35 mins and when I questioned why I was still waiting I was told the employee went to lunch. Right now I’ve been standing, waiting 15 mins now. When I complained to the manager the last time she questioned my wait time without apology. She’s on duty now. Why bother. Btw, the shoe department is a total mess. You’ll see a lot of single shoes around. Don’t waste your time looking or asking about it.
Found a few work blazers and blouses for work under $50 each! Nice clothes but a little challenging looking through the racks!
Good selection… but im giving them 5 stars because I’ve received great customer service from several associates/managers on multiple occasions.
This is in a good Location, the Staff here are competent and intelligent, they help you get your Stuffs. This is a big fashion store and you can get your shirts, shoes, pants and baby fashion here, they always have great and wide variety of designs.
Used to be a great place to shop but has become really unsafe. A store employee who was simply asking a customer if they needed help was repeatedly threatened, insulted, and aggressively harassed while nobody did anything, nobody called security, nobody said anything _ what were the "managers" doing? Is this how they make sure this is a safe space for everyone? Unbelievable and definitely unacceptable, but here's how apparently when you see something in NY now, you should not say anything if it doesn't fit into the right narrative, and that's how yet another neighborhood goes downhill. Never setting foot in there again.
Lots af great finds in this store, was able to get my father a father's day gift. The deals were really good but we spent about 30 minutes waiting on line at the registers even though all there registers were being used. The line was just constitently long, I felt bad for the cashiers.
We were there 20 mins before store closed and guy was yelling at my wife, myself and 14 month old, “the store is closed get out”. We had to calm the little one down after as she was crying from this. He could have said it politely and we would have happily left no issue but he was incredibly rude and aggressive. Not a great image for Nordstroms as that guy will forever be associated with this company for my family.
The store overall was dirty, clothes very unorganized. Lack of support on the sales floor and cash register
No more spanish people work at this good place pls! They racist people! No return at this store she said.
I feel bad for the owner of this store. The employees do not care. The line was so long, 2 cashiers and a lot of staff walking around hanging clothes. They’d rather clean than help people pay. Nice store. Lots of good clothes. Bad management and staff.
How is it even possible on Friday night at 7: : 00 there are TWO cashiers with a line of 20? What a freaking joke!
European style, variable prices, helpful staff.
I have been here a couple of times and they offer diversity brands and prices. Mostly try to buy online because it’s easy and they have mire sizes, but when you have to try you need to go to this store.
I usually get nice deals here. This last shopping experience, most of the products I was searching for (primarily cosmetics) were out of stock and many items were opened up and used. Boxes with missing products. Kinda disappointing.
Went to buy pants and a shirt for Spring. They were still selling Winter and Fall on Sale and their new items in were at top dollar. I could go to Nordstrum to find my size and better selection. Winter Shoes, a few sandles, jewelry was well picked over and I wish the Parking Lot was free because I had to Sprint out of the Store anyway to ensure my time was not up on my Car. Two hours goes fast.
Just nothing to get excited about.
Good selection, no winter gloves for men. Sometimes there’s only one shoe in the box when trying them on.
Store is arranged like a TJMaxx just with higher priced clothes. I went there looking for winter boots. Not much of a selection but the checkout went by fast
If you are a shopaholic stay away! If you like taking your time and sifting through things you will find something that says buy me. It can be hit or miss if you are going there for something specific. Good to great deals. I like their men's footwear best and I wear 12s and 13s. They even have a few 14s and I've seen 15s but it's not a large selection. If you wear smaller shoe sizes there's plenty to choose from. As always the women's selection far exceeds the men's offering on everything.
No plus sizes beyond 2x. Good footwear display, but clothes this is not the place for a husky guy
