I agree with the one star reviews. Bedside manner was pretty rigid. I too was told it’s acid reflux etc.

Dr. Chan was extremely professional and clearly competent and experienced. I was thrilled to see that he had Sunday hours and that he took my insurance (GHI, which most other ENTs don’t accept). He was very thorough, patient, explained everything clearly, yet was also efficient. Plus, they can send prescriptions to the sweet pharmacy downstairs (Canalberry) so it’s a one-stop shop! Highly recommend.

I went to Dr, Chan on Sunday. The lady at the front desk was just so nice and competent and made me feel relaxed. Dr. Chan was wonderful. He took care of my problem and was just so very professional. He has a wonderful bedside manner and tells you step by step what he is doing. I would say he is the best Ear doctor in Manhattan. You won't go wrong by going to him.
