Anyone looking for a beautiful, inclusive, yet affordable wedding venue - look no further! We couldn’t be happier we trusted Normanside for our wedding. We knew from the start we were in good hands, as all our vendors had nothing but positive things to say about their own experiences at the venue. Jaimie was outstanding in answering all my questions along the way and made the day of seamless. Jaimie and her team were always responsive and thoughtful, and executed everything better than we could have imagined and let us include so many personal touches.
Not only that, but all our guests have been telling us it’s the best wedding food they ever had. We also got ready in the bridal suite which made the morning of easy for me and my bridesmaids. Thank you Normanside, but especially Jaimie, for making our wedding day so beautiful and effortless!

Great golf course. Challenging, long abs in great shape. Better take a cart as there are a lot of hills and some tees are a hike from the green.

The wings are fantastic, the food prices are reasonable and the restaurant renovations look great.

Had our wedding at Normanside and had the best experience with them. The event coordinator, Jaimie Briceno, was incredible to work with. She made our day so easy and beautiful. She went above and beyond to make our wedding exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable and it included everything (open bar, cake, and more). I would highly recommend Normanside Country Club for weddings or any other event.

This review is based off a wedding I recently attended there. I'm a photographer with my own business and a former Executive Chef and this review is unbidden from the location. I've bern in the event industry a long, long time. I gotta say, the folks on the event staff - from the wedding coordinator to the Chef - at this place are simply superb. The food offered was better- in taste, consistency, and look - than any other venue I've ever been too as a photographer. I was shocked. The venue was easy to work with and I cannot imagine anyone not being more than satisfied with their effort. This whole group deserves appreciation.

Never in my life have I written a review. My friend and I play many 4pm and after rounds across the capital district as we work and always play after work. Tonight was a first in decades for us. To try and keep this short, we had an employee literally threaten our lives because we were golfing at 7: 35pm and there cut off was 7: 30pm. We were not told of this, so we had no idea.

On a par 3 we both hit on the green and were pulling around to put, a golf cart pulled around in front of us, that you could tell worked there. We both said, this is our last hole. The employee pulled next to us and said your done you need to get your balls. We said ok, we will put this out and leave no problem. He said no you're picking them up now and you're leaving. Right away very upset and we have no idea why. Said again ok we will put this out as we are on the green and leave. He became very angry and said no go get your balls and leave. Asking if we were members to the semi-private club, saying he would have got us banned but now would make sure we never play there again. Still confused as we didn't know the end time two the twilight round that he claimed ended at 7: 30pm, it was 7: 35pm.

We started to go get our golf ball off the green, he said no, only one person needs to go get the golf balls. So I left the person I was playing to go get our balls. While walking over I hear the employee say, I want to put you in the ground right there. Very confused I still go collect the golf balls. While walking to get them he yells at me to hurry up I'm taking to long. We gathered the golf balls and left.

He cursed and in a threatening manner many times throughout I just didn't want to put that on here for kids to see.

Never in my life have I experienced this at a golf course.

When an employee tells you that they want to "put you in the ground" you tell everyone you know and never go back.

The was in excellent condition and the greens were fast and smooth. The staff in the pro shop were very friendly and helpful.

First time eating at Normanside. The food was VERY good and service was great. We had the lobster Mac and Cheese as well as the shrimp/sausage risotto. Both dishes were wonderful! Kudos to the chef for a wonderful meal. I also had the carrot cake. Delicious! Will most definitely be back to see what else they come up with.

My husband and I got married at Normanside last weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We would like to extend a special thank you Jaimie, who went above and beyond to make our big day one we’ll never forget. Jaimie was 100% the reason our wedding day went so smoothly. Any minor hick ups that came up, Jaimie had a solution for it all. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful and the servers were awesome. Thank you so much to Normanside! We look forward to coming in for dinner soon.

They renovated the restaurant, and expanded the bar area. I the menu and have not been disappointed in all the years I have been going.

It all started almost ten years ago when we first moved to Delmar and decided to get married at the country club (which I highly recommend). But even now, married and with busy careers and children, we absolutely love NCC! Their new dining space is very trendy, comfortable and fun and their menu has traditional as well as unique fare. I often go for business lunches, and we meet up for dinners and happy hours there too. In the winter, their golf simulators provide a fun date night option. The NOSH meals are great to have for easy weekday lunches and kids' meals and their delivery option is so convenient. We also order catering with Normanside a few times a year for many varieties of events and they are very considerate of adjusting the menu for our family who have Celiac Disease (needs to be gluten free). I actually didn't realize all that we rely on them for until I started writing this review. Thanks for everything, Normanside crew. We greatly appreciate you!

Great Food! Ordered catering here for a party at my house and everyone complimented the quality of the sandwiches. Compliments to the Chef!
