North American Stone - Granite Countertops Rochester

My husband and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience with North American Stone (NAS)! We wanted to freshen up our kitchen with new backsplash, countertops and sink. After having gone to three other local kitchen/bath centers and not finding what we were looking for, a friend of ours (who is an interior designer) suggested that we go to NAS. We're so glad we did! Sam and Ali were awesome to work with, showed us a lot of samples, and suggested that we take a trip to MSI, a local stone manufacturer here in Rochester. (The staff at MSI were equally wonderful and MSI's showroom is beautiful!) MSI had recently come out with a new quartz that was perfect for our project, and then Ali at NAS made sure that we got the exact slabs we wanted, took care of all of the details, was in constant communication with us, and kept the project on schedule (from start to finish was just a few weeks!). Ali even came out to our home to look at the project, and gave us contact information for an awesome general contractor (Michael Trass of Greater Rochester General Contracting) to remove our existing backsplash and countertops. Jeff from NAS came to our home to template the project, and his kindness, professionalism and attention to detail were amazing! Because we wanted to move some electrical and install undercabinet lighting, Mike contacted his electrician friend Brett of Archer Electric to take care of all of our electrical needs. Brett gave us some great suggestions and has been wonderful to work with. The countertops were installed just a few days ago - Jeff and Sam from NAS were our installers, and NAS sent Chris Alexander from C&D Plumbing to install our new sink and faucet. Our experience with all of them honestly couldn't have been better - each of them was extremely hard-working, professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure that everything was perfect! They even spent quite a bit of time cleaning everything before they left to make sure they didn't leave any dust/debris behind, and made sure that our quartz was gleaming. Everything truly fell into place so quickly and seamlessly, and, even though there's still some work to be done, our kitchen looks amazing! Brett will be back tomorrow to finish up the electrical work, and we've already hired Mike to come back to install our backsplash once we choose that. We are so happy that we decided to work with NAS and highly recommend this wonderful company!

This is the 2nd time we have used North American Stone and we are thrilled with them once again! From sales staff to installers, everyone is friendly, experienced, and helpful. We highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with NAS from start to finish. They came highly recommended, and they worked with us for a few weeks to find the perfect slabs for our kitchen remodel. All phases of the project were conducted professionally and with care, and I particularly liked being able to review the layouts on my PC, making adjustments without needing to go in to the showroom. They are excellent communicators, always returning my calls if unavailable, and addressing any questions or concerns when I phoned in.

Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

The experience with NAS from start to finish was nothing short of perfection! I went to multiple places in Rochester and so happy I went with these guys. Everyone is professional, kind, patient, and it's evident they know what they're doing. The install wasn't an easy one with an old chimney in my kitchen that was a tough fit for the counter slab, but they did it with ease and made it look perfect. Huge shoutout to Ali, he was a gem throughout the whole process and very patient with my indecisiveness:) Getting quoted from them was also very simple compared to other places, which I appreciated before I fell in love with something out of budget. Extremely happy with everything and will absolutely be returning customers here with our next home!

I’m very thankful for the professionalism and customer service I was subject to during my time working with NAS on quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops. From the early stages of the process working with Ali to the post installation service call with Rob and everything in between, the experiences exceeded my expectations. Responsiveness and receptiveness to questions in the show room, in the warehouse and over the phone were prompt and of substance. Further, attentiveness to detail was apparent from beginning to end. I’m quite pleased with how everything came out; great job!
