Love to do Zumba here! Wish the group exercise room was larger. Front desk not very helpful

I am at the North Y participating in a Living Strong program designed for people who are living with cancer. The facilitator is very compassionate and committed to providing a positive experience for all. I recommend it to anyone who is dealing with cancer and is open to meeting new people and learning helpful ways to live life.

I primarily use the YMCA for a swimming and triathlon training the spinning machines are great the pool is great the running treadmills upstairs have been there for years I'm afraid they may need to be replaced at least rebuilder calibrated everybody there is friendly the staff is great they're doing a great job
