Dr Jones is amazing and so are the nurses working here.they are very patient and kind with special needs children and have helped my daughter so much.they put the wellbeing of the child as a top priority.the only annoying thing is the referral line always disconnects the call

Great New Dr. In the Dental Clinic.
Thank you Dr. Pagono, a virtual sculptor, that graciously and expertly rebuilt a tooth that another had written off much to my displeasure.
I can't disagree with the communication issue (hence 4 not 5 stars) others have spoken of but I don't believe it is for a lack of effort from the people out front that always have a smile and a good wish when I visit!

Trying to get in and be seen by the Psychologist, due to Fort Drum being trash and not being able to handle the load. Again, I call and call and call, can’t leave a message due to voicemail (mailbox’s) being full. How is it possible that everything here is trash? !

UPDATE: Received a call from Ms Holly, super nice and helpful, explained why I couldn’t receive treatment at their facility. Will be trying to figure this out with the Army, due to them continuing to give me a referral for the wrong place.

This doctors office has been having "problems with their phones" for upwards of three months now. If you do get the chance to speak to a real person, they are an out of office employee who cant make an appointment for you, so will transfer you to a nurse.who's phone mailbox is full.

Just as an example, we called to get my daughter in to be seen for an ear infection on Monday, left multiple messages when possible, and never got a call back. I ended up taking my daughter to an urgent care on Wednesday to get her the antibiotics she needed. This is not the first time this has happened.

If you can actually get in to be seen, the nurses and doctors are usually very nice. There has never been an issue with their care. But don't expect to get a call back if you had any testing done that didn't have an immediate result. And they won't answer the phone if you try to call for results either. I took my daughter to be seen in the beginning of September for a bad cough.they checked her out, said it was a virus, took some tests, and then never gave us the results. I still have no idea what she had because we haven't been able to get in contact with them since.

Overall, this is not a very reliable office, and they seem to not take any accountability and keep blaming it on a problem with the phones.

Don’t be in any rush with this place. You can call them and they will get back to you 5 days later. Trying to get someone on the phone to talk to is hard enough and then if you do they just pass you off to someone else.

I had a good visit and the employees were very happy to help you with all your medical care and I am satisfied with my visit here.

They're not the best place BUT not the worse place. Wish they had better bedside manners. What I mean is wish they weren't so cold toward their patients. I know you have to be emotionally distant but still we're not just a body. I have a limited income so I really have no choice but to go to a clinic setting for my PCP.

I m petrified of the dentist. I go for my appointment and the dr. Was telling the nurse the letter of which teeth had to be pulled. Once I got done the dentist had the nurse read back the letters to her. The nurse had most of the letters wrong. The Dr. Yelled at the nurse and had to correct it. The surgeon would of pulled the wrong teeth. I never went back now I'm scared of them putting me out and pulling all my good teeth. What the heck thank god the Dr. Had the nurse back the letter of which teeth to pull not cool!

Reliable. Convenient. Professional. Family-friendly.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with NoCo Family Health Center. The front desk always picks up within a few rings and, despite being busy, they patiently answer all of my questions or direct me to the professional who can. They've been leaders in the area (and, perhaps, the state) when it comes to COVID testing and vaccination. We've entrusted them with testing and vaccinating our children, and it was done with efficiency and care. Their patient portal is user-friendly and modern. Unlike other local health centers, their portal allows parents to access their children's records without having to maintain different logins for each child. It may seem like a small detail, but it's just one more example of how NoCo makes healthcare more accessible for families.

North Country Family Health is an asset to this community and if you are looking for quality, comprehensive healthcare, this is the spot!

Very caring staff and great dental services. My kids and I have been getting our dental care there for many years at both the Watertown and Leray locations. Never had a bad experience

I have had nothing but problems for the past couple months seeing Dr Stern I did a complaint on him last week and then I go into the office for my appointment that is at 12: 40 and like 20 after 1: 00 finally somebody comes in and does a psych eval on me because I did a complaint and the complaint was that he's not getting my prescriptions right so again today I get my prescription and it's still not right I'm wondering who's the one that needs the psych eval here! I'm going out of the country and I don't even have enough medicine to get through now I go to the doctors I'm there on time I do everything I'm supposed to do but Dr Stern just can't seem to get it right but I'm the one that gets a psych eval I think maybe it's him that needs one!

Dr. Lam is my favorite dentist ever. He always answers all my questions, does a good job, and is funny as heck. Sonya Barney is the best hygeinest I have ever had. She is gentle, kind, and puts me at my ease. She really goes above and beyond, to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed. I have been going here for seven years now, and the dental crew is just wonderful. I wish they could do ALL the dental work needed. Then I wouldn't have to go anywhere else, ever.

This was my son's first visit to a non- pediatric office, just turning 18. He needed a physical: no full panel blood drawn, no hernia check- he wasn't even asked to remove an article of clothing. He's quite thin for his height, which is a slight concern, and he was told he was "fine". Again, with no testing done. Billed as a physical to insurance! Now insurance will not pay for a "real" physical as they've received their money. Just horrible.

I have been a dental assistant with this health center for 4 years now. I absolutely love the clinical team that I work with and would always recommend people to receive care with us when needed. It's a wonderful facility that truly deserves good recognition for what we do for the community. Stop by and see us!
