I went in on an emergency call and they seen my pet and diagnosed her problem. The doctor informed me of the exam and gave her a script.

Cali had to have her shots and be checked out. They were organized and the timing was just about right.

Completely unprofessional answering the phones. I called and asked if they were taking new pets or do emergencies, and the woman laughed and said “no to both. ”.
So well I’m sitting here trying to find someone to look at my HURT cat, I got laughed at and told no. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love North Country Vet. They take wonderful care of all our pets over the years and to this day. They are informative and thorough, friendly and caring.

We were lied to about their rules and then blamed for the mix up. Employees need to learn how to talk to clients without being rude

Very dedicated Team to have for your animal's health. The staff are courteous and return phone calls. They treat chickens as well.

Vets are super nice and caring with my pets! 5 stars for them. Their front desk help on the other hand isnt very personable or at least the lady i dealt with on a Saturday morning. My cat did something to her front arm wasnt putting any pressure on it and this is the only place to take care credit and she needed to be seen asap. She made me feel as i was a bother for calling. I understand its a Saturday and they are busy and i appreciate them getting her in right away just being a little more personable would have been appreciated.

The staff and doctors are thorough and patient. We have two senior Chocolate Labs; one with arthritis. Very happy with the care our fur babies have received

I wish there was a half star. I was told they had 15 emergency spots for pets and receptionist told me to call at 8am when they open. When i called at 8am which states on internet for opening time i speak to receptionist at 8am and was told my dogs condition is not an emergency and was put on hold. Then another lady gets on and i was told all 15 spots are filled. When i asked how can that be when they open at 8am she replied with they take calls at 7: 30am. They were rude and did not care about my dogs condition. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This is an okay vet, however, they have their downsides. The women who work at the desk need to be a little nicer to clients. I have been talked down to, interrupted, and made to feel stupid every time I have called to ask about an issue with my animals. I understand they probably get a lot of calls because they are one of the only vets in the area but I would like to feel as though they are being understanding to my problem. Also, they marked down that my dog has anxiety when he goes to the vet (as I'm sure they deal with on a day to day basis) which I guess for some of the Veterinarians there means he's violent even though he has never bitten or lashed out at any staff ever? He's actually fairly happy when he's not on the table, but there is one Vet that now treats him like he is a danger to be around whenever we take him. I can't remember her name (another thing that's annoying - not knowing which Vet you will get or who even consistently works here) but it was ridiculous and made us feel bad. If your Vet is scared to be around a non-violent dog with anxiety, a common medical condition, maybe this isn't the profession for her. However, the one young, skinny Vet with the black short hair was fantastic, please keep her around more.

Best Animal hospital.in the area had to do emergency surgery this afternoon on our doxie. Just called she had a whole peach pit lodged in her intestines. If they hadn't been diligently watching her she would be dead

This office came highly recommended by a friend after too many bad experiences with another vet. The staff and friendly and gentle with my fur babies. They’re prices are lower than my last vet and they have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs as well as a separate exit. I also love that they have an emergency clinic as well a vet you can talk to on the phone after hours.

There are no other Vets or office staff that I can recommend for your dogs (I don't have kitties)! This group is the best of the best!

The absolutely worse vet I have ever been to. I brought my sick dog to them they charged me 400$ just for her to die 2 days later. Now my new dog had got quilled by a porcupine and just because I did not have all of the money they would not see her. Then I got the money and called they said they would call back and made me wait over an hour just to tell me they were closed and couldn't help her. They will be reported.
