I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. James Romanelli and I have nothing but great things to say! He is so sweet and makes you feel really comfortable. From my consultation to the surgery everything went amazingly. I showed him pictures of something I wanted done and he delivered. Its been almost 2 months and I feel great! I had such an amazing recovery with no bruising at all. I am so confident in my breasts now and I love showing them off! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get a procedure done to go here!

I very rarely write reviews, but my experience was too good not to share! The office is clean and quiet, and the staff members are friendly, and welcoming. Initially, I planned on meeting with multiple surgeons, however, I was so impressed with Dr. Romanelli the first time I met him that I booked my surgery before I left the office and canceled all other consultations. His level of professionalism and bedside manner are truly remarkable and I felt comfortable from the second I stepped in the office. I received exceptional care every step of the way and I can confidently say that I am exceedingly pleased with my decision. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Romanelli and his staff.

Dr. Romanelli and his staff are amazing. If you know me, you know I am the LAST person to ever consider elective surgery. But having large breasts was impacting my life in so many awful ways - back and neck pain, unable to participate fully in my favorite sports, finding clothes that fit right. From the first consultation to the reduction surgery and follow up - it all went so smoothly. Dr. Romanelli is kind, compassionate, confident and talented. I am so happy with the reduction results, I feel like I got my life back! The whole experience was so professional, from the minute you walk into the sparkling offices, you are put at ease. No question went unanswered, and his office handled all the insurance paperwork so there was zero stress about it. Highly recommend.

I've wanted a breast reduction for a very long time (had been denied in the past). This office handled EVERYTHING with insurance for me to get approved. They are fantastic! Told me all out of pocket charges from the 1st visit. Dr Low, Jessica and the rest of the staff were all amazing.
Dr. Low was super informative, great bed side manner and his work looks great through my healing process.

Every staff member I encountered was very helpful making all my appointments quick and efficient with no wait time! Dr. Layliev was extremely accommodating to my wants and needs. He performed my procedure with superb patient care making sure I was understanding each step of the procedure as well as making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Wonderful experience! All staff members have been friendly and supportive. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease through every step of the process. The recovery nurse was fantastic. She managed all my symptoms and made me feel safe and secure through those first hours immediately following my procedure. Cherie is amazing. She was completely honest and didn’t let me get carried away. I loved talking to her through the entire experience. She made me feel very confident and I can’t wait to see her again in the future. The office space was very hygienic and clean. The office itself was very easy to locate and everyone was super accommodating and sweet.

Dr. Layliev and his staff were amazing. He was very clear and informative on my procedure. He helped me on the size before my breast augmentation and made me feel comfortable before my surgery. He was patient and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I love my results and my recovery was great. The best part of it all is that I called Wednesday and they were able to accommodate me for my surgery on Friday. I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering plastic surgery to come to North Shore Cosmetic Surgery.

Warm, caring, attentive, and most of all they listen to the patient, the facility is immaculately clean the staff are perfect and the doctors amazing. I cannot express in words how comfortable they made me feel. DR LAYLIEV AND DR ROMANELLIE
