The staff were friendly, welcoming, organized and communicated well as to what is need it throughout the process builtin g up to the day of the appointment.
Everything was on time. Dr. Batalias was knowledgeable, courteous, explained in detail the issues with my gums and teeth upon her completion of my periodontal and implant evaluation.she offered advice where she saw fit, making you feel comfortable and trust.

My visit was very pleasant. The staff treated me very well. The office is extremely clean and the dental hygienist took me right away.

Going to the dentist is hardly my favorite activity. But NSLI Perio makes it as positive an experience as possible. Everyone is very friendly and caring. My routine cleanings are always done thoroughly and that is saying something - I'm almost 70 and not exactly turning down offers to star in toothpaste commercials, if you get my drift. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for the best possible care. Thank you, NSLI Perio for taking care of my teeth all these years.

When I arrived my temperature was taken I was brought into a sanitized room for my cleaning immediately. A very thorough cleaning was performed very pleased. All staff wore masks and waiting area was clearly remarked for social distancing. A really great experience. Judi

Outcome possibilities are well illuminated in advance, so the patient has a reasonable set of expectations on which to base their decisions.

VERY efficient, polite and kind. Your appointment times are well managed and a wide schedule means that scheduling does not mean abandoning your personal or private life entirely. Helpful reminders-in-advance are sent via text should you wish. Appointment times are kept, your time is never taken for granted. A completely refreshing manner in which to conduct a healing facility that should be recognized, for
it is a welcome departure from the norm.
