I don’t typically take the time to review, but Thomas and the North Village Reality team went so above and beyond I needed to! Thomas came highly recommended to us and from the first conversation with him we knew why. We came to Thomas looking for a commercial development property and immediately felt like we had a partner in the process. He was so patient, attentive, and communicative. He answered any call, text or email immediately. But most of all he was so knowledgeable; his years of experience are so evident when working with him and he was so helpful while we navigated this process. Throughout the negotiation process, Thomas was masterful, ultimately getting us an unbelievable price. And that continued throughout the escrow process his well. He was able to recommend attorneys, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers who I have no doubt took such great care of us because we were Thomas’s clients. Thomas was there every step of the way to answer any question we had and made us feel so comfortable and confident. He is a great guy all around and it’s so apparent how much he genuinely cares about his clients. We will use Thomas for any deals in the future and couldn’t recommend him enough!

I spoke to Tom several years back.he cold called me asking about the status of a property of ours.because of his easy going attitude and our casual conversation we had.i wasn't used to that from a realty salesperson/broker (it's usually a bombardment of questions pushiness that I hate). Thomas and the Team at North Village Realty have been the single best Realtors I have ever worked with. I was looking for local office space and was pretty particular in what I was looking for. After having contacted what felt like 100s of listings, I contacted North Village who contacted me back immediately and had not one, but two different spaces that met all of my requests, ready to show me. I met Thomas at the first space and he was just so genuine, nice and patient, and took the time to really explain everything (about the potential lease, other commercial tenants, the landlord, parking, garbage, the area, etc.etc.) I had just as many questions about the second space and he was just as wonderful. I wound up signing a lease and Thomas helped negotiate the terms and the build out, and I am just so pleased. He conducted the entire process with so much professionalism and personalism. About that same time, Thomas from North Village Realty had contacted me to discuss the sale of my building. Thomas was very aggressive and did not waste any time. He made me feel that I was his only client. No matter when I contacted him, he was always available. When I was concerned about the offers and terms of the offer, he explained everything to me and made me feel totally comfortable and trusting. MOST importantly, the building sold for 1.5 times what the original broker was trying to sell it for.
