Dr Luong was excellent. I felt she really knew her stuff. She was very patient, did not rush my visit and explained everything to me so I could understand my problem. She seems like a very caring doctor. She gave me different options on my pain management She had excellent bed side manners and would highly recommend her. She is definitely an asset to your practice.

As for the practice, there was minimal waiting time which was great!

I had a horrible time with this place. I had an appointment for my back, and on a few occasions, my appointment was canceled, without asking me. I took taxi's, as I don't drive. I only got to see the Dr. 1 time. So now, I went over for my Appointment. I called to verify, and was on hold for over 20 Minutes. I went inside and I was still on hold. The receptionist finally answered my call. I told her I was here for 5 minutes already. Anyway they changed my appointment to the following week. Even though I had the papers that I was due to come in, on the day I came. The Receptionist argued with me, that I came in on the wrong day. I had proof. I had all the Dr.notes and everything, and the lady, very rudely told me to come the following week. No explanation or anything. Btw. Cabs are very expensive. However, they didn't care.

Dr. K is an excellent Dr. He explains in detail the procedure he's doing. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK! They ALL have attitudes. They are rude, brush you aside and they NEVER answer the phone. Tried NUMEROUS times over several days. They finally picked up. I was also a new patient. I ended up saying something to her about her attitude and to tone it down after she called me "hunny"
The wait was ridiculous! Saw the Dr for like 5 mins. Then rushed me out. Asked if I needed an appointment. I said no. Nor coming back here again! Waste of time!

Dr. Luong is a true professional and very knowledgable. I am very happy that I went to see her and she definitely helps me with my back pain which I have been having for a while. She is an excellent Physiatrist.

Have used Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Medicine for the past 3 years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Jason Fond for both shoulder and knee issues. Dr. Fond is a very talented orthopedic surgeon and an expert in a form of shoulder resurfacing that only a select few Doctors in the country can perform. I have nothing but good things to post regarding Dr. Fond and North East Orthopedics and Sorts Medicine and I am glad to refer family and friends to this practice.

Great experience. I appreciate that Beatriz took the time to analyze my issues and get me on a path to more in-depth testing so that we can determine what the problems are and get on to fixing them.

My name is Joe. I have been a patient of Dr fonds for the past 6 years. He operated on my right shoulder and more recently on my right knee. He has also been there for my sons needs as an athlete. Great Dr great surgeon I completely trust him to perform the best possible procedure to keep me going and mobile. We are currently figuring out the best procedure for my right knee that has been deteriorating over the years and what we can do at this point. I trust him completely and find him very professional and very knowledgeable in his field and also just a good person that can talk to me straight and tell me how it is and what we can do to fix it. Always kind and considerate.

It did take a little longer than usual to be seen, but I do like this office. The doctor was thorough and patient.

Dr Kraushauer has performed several surgeries on me over the years and I found him very professional, kind and available when needed.

Dr Fond is great, very professional. Asks good questions. Office is clean and personnel is very efficient.

Dr. Kraushaar is so good at checking in with you, the person, and then getting down to business about what's wrong and what's to be done. I am beyond grateful that he is just as he is. I left with what I needed, and half the pain (knees) is gone. Judy Gorman

Dr Popwitz was professional and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time meeting him. The staff was also very nice. The wait time was over 40 min which is why gave 4 stars

I had an horrific experience here.
I fell on my right elbow and experienced excruciating pain. I came here in a sling, the NP looks at my arm, without an x-ray.she says take off the sling and start doing excersize with the elbow for 2 weeks.
I did that, came back after 2 weeks still in pain, and zero progress, the NP prescribed me 4 weeks of physical therapy, without an x-ray! Unbelievable.
I did that, came back after 4 weeks, still in pain, zero progress, at this point I'm begging to do an x-ray, she finally does an x-ray, the result: I had a fractured elbow the entire time! 6 weeks in therapy!
At this point I obviously needed surgery, went for surgery at a different place, now since so much time passed, the bone is kind of dead, so this will be a long process with the possibility of multiple surgeries in future, arthritis.and I'm a very young guy.

They don’t answer the phone even though it’s open very bad experience I won’t even bother scheduling appointment with this location if Doctor Barry wasn’t working at that location
