Great bedside manners. Brought my 8 year old and be was nervous but turned out to be a very positive experience.

Been dealing with the same pain fsince 2019 and it’s gotten worse over the years and have an outdated MRI from 2020 …. City MD paid more attention to my neck and pain more than this doctor did. She tapped my shoulders, didn’t even feel my neck where the pain is radiating from she did absolutely nothing but prescribe me the same medicine I received 2 years ago that also did not help, I told the doctor I was in a very abusive relationship last year with severe trauma involving strangulation and blunt force yet still a new MRI or X-ray has NOT been requested I feel beyond neglected with the healthcare system in rockland county. I will not go to this location again nor can I go to sun river health because they also neglect patients.

Excellent experience with staff and Doctor. Dr. Shivani listened to every word without cutting you off. And gave me her hypothesis on what might be going on.

Dr Mehta was the first doctor to actually pin point our problems. Other physicians and surgeons insisted there was no reason for pain my husband was experiencing. They did not take X-rays as she did of both joints above and below the painful area. This revealed that my husband needed both hips replaced. We were grateful for a solution finally and her diagnostic skills. Similarly I needed both knees replaced but had an enduring hip pain and She was able to give a trigger point bursa injection to relieve it. I was grateful for this option as I was no longer able to take some of the oral medications.

The office staff is very professional. Dr. Williams is excellent. He explains everything and is very thorough. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Bhadra always provide best services to his patients. He is one of the best Orthopedic Doctor in the Rockland and NY metro area.

The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful… the office is clean… I really liked Dr. Mehta she was very personable and was very easy to talk to and ask questions.her answers to my questions were in layman’s terms, and I liked that.

Very efficient, no waiting. The doctor made me feel very comfortable & explained my diagnosis very clearly.

This doctors office is so mismanaged it’s not funny. No organization whatsoever. I sat for 45 minutes waiting to see the doctor. While his staff was on personal phone calls and making appointments for themselves. Once I was in the doctors room, It took another 20 minutes for him to come and see me. Sent me for an x-ray took another 20 minutes for him to come back after my after I was done. Not a place I would recommend.

Dr. Bhatra is the best dr. Always willing to listen and try options that lessen the pain. Always feel better when I leave the office!

Dr. Shivani Purohit Mehta is a caring physician. You do not feel rushed in anyway. She explains everything in detail and answers all questions. It is a pleasure dealing with her. Would recommend her to anyone in need of a rheumatologist.

I had shoulder surgery by Dr Gotesman and follow-ups regarding pain management with NP Pedersen. There are practitioners who tell you a lot but who fail to listen. These two LISTEN. It is not always true in today's medicine practices. They have my trust and confidence.

I had an EMG. I knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant procedure but the lady doing the procedure was very calm & helpful with answering any questions I asked. The needle was the worst part for me, specifically 2 spots, my firearm & palm. The test went by quick so it wasn’t too bad. With that said, I’d never want to go through it again.

Staff was very pleasant and professional - my visit was all very timely, no delays that would be concerning. I met with Dr Bhadra, for a consult on why I was meeting with him, then was walked thru the office for x- rays and then back to discuss my options with Dr Bhadra who was very informative and spoke in layman’s terms that I could understand and make my decision on how to proceed. First impression is that Dr Bhadra is very cordial and professional as a person and doctor and who I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Dr. Bhadra is wonderful but had to wait almost an hour past my appointed time to see him. This seems to be systemic. I left work early to be at my appointment on time & that should be respected.

I have seen a number of m.d. 's from this group. I have traveled to the different offices as needed. Always receive professional care. I am very happy to have access to these m.d. 's in a community setting. Originally from NYC that was my first choice for care. Not in this case. I have confidence in their care. I also see the nurse practitioner in the group and am extremely happy with her expertise and smiling face. Thank you for being there!
