Northern Star Medical, Henrietta NY

Came here twice for a DOT and Drug screen and I’ve always had a great experience busy nd all. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff i definitely recommend them. Thanks again!

I went to Northern Star for a return to work physical and the
reception staff was very welcoming and was fast with checking me in, they opened up on time for my appointment, Holly (MA) and Margaret (PA-C) made sure that my physical went well, asking all the right questions and making me comfortable, would recommend coming to Northern Star for all work physical needs

I had my annual company physical at Northern Star Medical today 1/3/2023. Typically an annual physical is not a pleasant experience.however due to the staff, namely Shpresa and Holly, it was quick, easy and actually pleasant this time around. Upon arrival, I filled out a form, sat for 2 minutes and then was called to begin. Shpresa was fast, efficient, professional and made the annual physical a more pleasurable experience than in the past. I would highly recommend Northern Star Medical!

Personable, friendly and treated you with respect. I had an issue with a paper from my doctor and they helped me take care of it right away.

Went in to this facility was taken care off write away and the staff is very Professional, Friendly and definitely will be returning in the future and highly recommended for every one u will not regret coming here, they make u feel welcomed.

My visit was so pleasantly refreshing and enjoyable from the time I walked in the door from the receptionist to medical assistants to the PA-C Ms Margaret Barber she was a joyful and humble she made me feel comfortable encouraging she surely loves what she does you have a wonderful person working here thank you for everything you you guys do keep caring for your patience.

Margaret was very welcoming and a great vibe all together! This is a great place to come for your occupational health needs.

My experience here at northern star medical has been amazing. I came in to get A DOT physical and drug screen. The staff here are always professional and friendly. The staff here always has smiles on their faces and really good energy. Seen today by Shpresa. While getting my drug test done she was very thorough and also shared a couple laughs and life stories similar to what I had talked about. Made me feel very comfortable. She is awesome keep her around forever. I also saw Margaret who showed the same enthusiasm and care for me. Professionalism through the roof and this is what every establishment needs. Thank you all again see you in another couple of years! Everybody today on staff on 7 19 23 deserves round of applause.

Northern Star is awesome, as a member of the reserves, I have done all my annual physicals here. They treat members of the Military with the utmost respect. I want to personally thank Corey, she is an incredible person, and Norther Star Medical is lucky to have her. Keep up the great work!:)

Had a Haz-Mat physical at Northern Star on 2/2/23. Want to recognize, Tonia and Mary (Medical Assistants) and Deb (Nurse Practitioner) who collected all the specimens and did the exam. Very friendly and professional, made the process easy to accomplish.

My first time here. Had to come here to get a covid test for my work place. I spoke with a woman named Terry (hope I spelled that correctly.) She was by far the most considerate person I've ever dealt with on the phone. The level of caring that she was able to give was almost at the level of "motherly. " Basically you can truly hear and feel her empathy and kindness. I don't go here as a patient but definitely wish I did. They are all great. Thank you very much Northern Star Medical.
