Northfield Bank, Staten Island NY

I was waiting for 20 mins for help. There was 3 workers inside that I could see and I was the only customer. They don’t open the door. One worker starting testing her office phone. I only needed to break my change. A worker saw me knock on the door, she looked at me and did not come to the door. Everybody’s time is precious and I feel that mine was taken for granted. I wondered if I waited in line with the cars in their drive thru if I would be serviced quicker.

Been a customer for years now every person their is friendly and helpful especially Mrs. Gambino. She's the best.
