Northgate Manor Apartments, Rochester NY

If you are okay with no peace and quiet then this is the place for you. Kids constantly SCREAMING, not laughing and playing nicely (which would be fine) but actually screeching all day long. Kids constantly in the parking lot with bikes and playing chicken with cars. The complex knows and does absolutely nothing about it. They send out false threat letters with no enforcement of rules. No respect for anyone's peace and quiet. The kids leave garbage, damage cars. Look for a better place to live.

This is a crappy, not well maintained property. Unfortunately I know someone who all she can afford is a place like this. Hallways are dirty, apartments are not maintained and so called security doors never function not a very safe environment overall.

I moved here back in 2010 I loved living here! Office so freindly! Great prices.beautiful apartments, Marsha in the office is awesome! If something needs to be fixed they do it right away! I did move out.in 2013. I went back home to live.

I love here but it's my first time live in a place that has a pool we really needed have much of a pool this summer I feel really sad and cheated: (
