Front office staff were condescending. They said they were ready to work on our car so we dropped it off.and yet it sat for over two weeks in the lot "awaiting parts".

My car was damaged in a parking lot. Northside Collision gave me a fair quote, did the job well and everyone was polite and efficient!

Used them through my insurance after a smalll two-car accident. Their service was very high level, including continued text and call communication throughout to keep me updated on the status of the work being done. I also appreciated a tech walking around the vehicle with me during the pickup to make sure I was satisfied. I'd definitely recommend them in this case or if you were just needing something fixed for personal preference.

EVERYONE was professional, efficient and extremely cordial. The repair needed was as a result of an accident. They helped me obtain a rental car. The work was completed sooner than estimated and my interior (which had no damage) was cleaner than when I dropped it off!

Would have given a 10 because work is great, but I didn't sched the work until 3 weeks after appraisal and it still took a month for repairs. It was minor damage and just think for a body shop should have been maybe two weeks tops

Northside delivered most excellent service in my deer collision bodywork repair! The body damage was significant, and the repair made all the more difficult by the problems with supply chain delivery of parts. This shop searched until they found the needed parts and even got my dealership to recalibrate the car to factory settings! This saved time! They did everything humanly possible to get my car back to me. Plus the coordination with my insurance carrier NYCM was extraordinary.

The consultant assigned to my repairs was friendly, helpful, straight forward and excellent at her job! I have told anyone who will listen, that Northside Collission was the best place I've been for Auto body/ accident repairs! Our vehicle was fixed and even got it back a week a head of schedule!

I received text message alerts with estimated completion dates, progress reports, and status updates multiple times per week. After repair, I had a minor issue, which they resolved on-the-spot on the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!
