Ordered flowers for my husbands memorial and they were not what I ordered, No explanation from Northside Florial. Told me I had to order two weeks in advance to get the red flowers. I did and they replaced with white flowers. Having the red glads was very important to me and they did what they wanted with no explanatyion to me. Will not use again.

Kudos to Northside Floral for delivering same-day! The arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful and I was very pleased with it. I would say my only issue was the price of the arrangement (not all that large) and delivery cost. Both seemed steep. That is the only reason I cannot give a 5-star rating. Thank you, again!

We went to pick up my daughter's corsages for the prom and, while there were supposed to be 2, only 1 was brought out. They realized their mistake and quickly made another one. They were beautiful, not what was told they would look like, but beautiful nonetheless. I dropped of my daughter to her friend's house and they got ready for the dance. When I picked her up from the dance I was told that the flowers on the both corsages didn't even make it to the dance. They all fell off! There were no flowers left on one of them and my daughter's had 1 tiny flower left on hers. I was so disappointed. I spent a lot of money for 2 corsages and for them to completely fall apart before they even got to the dance.not happy. They didn't even have flowers for pictures. My daughter wanted to keep hers too.

The flowershop is very approachable and fast delivery. First time I ordered but they gave me a nice service of their shop. I Love it.
