Northside Pharmacy, Brooklyn NY

This is a perfect neighborhood pharmacy. Great selection and super friendly staff, including the pharmacists. They really care about their customers. Special orders no problem.

The pharmacists here are condescending jerks. Save yourself the headache and go to Organic Planet a block away instead.

I love this pharmacy and shop. We gone who works here is kind and helpful. The products are so thoughtfully curated and if great quality. Good vibes here. Happy to call this my local pharmacy!

Called to get a prescription transferred to this pharmacy and was immediately hung up on without response. I re-called and asked if this was possible again. I was interrupted and then screamed at by the Northside employee who was clearly frustrated from previous attempts to transfer prescriptions (not mine). She was extremely rude considering this was my first interaction with her and I was asking was seemed like a simple question. She said she would NOT call the other pharmacy. I was then told I had to provide her information to the other pharmacy if I wanted to transfer my RX. Not really sure if this is normal behavior here, maybe it was a bad day but it was a really unpleasant experience that I hope others don't have.

Between insurance changes, medication changes, doctor changes, their pharmacy has been amazing at helping me get the best price, quick refills, and caring staff. If you’re in Williamsburg this is the BEST possible place to make your pharmacy! I’ve never had to wait long, they are most often able to refill my unusual doses in hours, and are just so courteous. I tell everyone I know to go here!

No mention online, on their phone system or with their partners like GoodRx that they chose to close on July 2nd. Disappointng

I can't praise this pharmacy enough. They are SO kind and helpful, and they are so good at communicating when anything is amiss with prescriptions or insurance, and they also work very hard to get the lowest possible medication prices. And as if by magic they sometimes recognize their customers when they walk in and they already have the prescriptions ready! I feel so lucky to have an actual neighborhood pharmacy that cares so much about the community. A hundred stars!
