Northside Salvage Yard, East Rochester NY

At no fault of this company at all they use sub contractors to pick up some of the vehicles understandable on the phone this company was great they had someone out to pick up my truck within a couple hours. But the sub contractors were rude and disrespectful they went to load my vehicle and did a burn out right in front of my grandparents house as well as did a burn out of the back of the flat bed which is not safe at all ther were swearing I give this company five stars but the sub contractors should have zero stars and they should not use them anymore for any sub contracting work

Really friendly and good and fast response. My husband’s vehicle that was stored in garage was picked up really fast and for good price.

These guys (or Gals) did an excellent job and within 40 minutes of my original call to them the truck was in the driveway loading the car. The driver was professional and efficient. In the past I have used the other major vendor in town but because they are way too complicated, especially the pickup of the car, I decided to use Northside and I am glad I did.

Website states they buy your vehicle no matter the condition. Which they do not they try getting everything for free.

Quick and easy, told them some minor details about my car, they gave me a quote and came and picked it up next day. Super friendly and helped take the plates off my car as well! Happy to be rid of my old car.

I've had many experiences with Northside over the past 30 years or so and the company has never disappointed me in any way whatsoever and they have always treated me fairly and respectfully and recommend them to everyone for the services they provide

I ordered a transmission through their website and got an order confirmation email that day. About two weeks later, I still had not received it or gotten any shipping notifications. My husband had to call 3 separate times over multiple days, and each time they said they would get back to him with information on the transmission and why it hasn't shipped and nobody called him back. One lady in particular was very rude on the phone. Finally after multiple calls, we were told that the order never got put through because they were training someone and they messed up. The transmission was taken off their website a couple days after I had ordered it though, so not sure how that is possible. When it finally shipped it did get here quickly and hopefully, they gave us the right transmission. Will not order from them again.
