Fantastic service all around! Over $17,000 in damages to my SUV and it came back to me as good as new. I worked in collision for many years so I know what to look for. Lisa was so easy to work with and was on top of everything that was needed as the person that hit me was not fully insured and it could have caused a huge headache. A+

I brought my Jeep in for warranty work to repair corrosion on the leading edge of the hood. The staff was friendly and courteous. The work was done in two days and the hood looks brand new. Very happy with the entire experience.

PLEASE make sure if you are using insurance that this place is in the preferred list so their shotty work is guaranteed! I see why they aren't! Mines was not! The dent is still there! They massaged the dent and repainted it! DENTS are still visible! I try to stick with the dealer for collision repairs most times, I wouldn't use them again for collision services! My seat is filthy and a deep small scratch! I detailed my car before dropping off! I am super disappointed in their service! DO NOT USE FOR SERVICES!

Update: touch-up paint was slapped on the spots. I was not called when it was done and found out when i called in myself. The response to this asked me to email them, which I did. I never got a response. My 2 stars stand as this ended up being handled poorly through and through.

Was having warranty work done on my hood for rust. They did what looks like a good job on the front besides a little over spray on the hood coushions.
They managed to scrape the back half of the hood it looks like and seriously tried telling me that it must of been my fault somehow! I look at the edging of that hood every day, how have I not seen it until I got it back from them! Telling me they won't repaint it and want to just tuck it thinking that'll simply cover their mess up!

Brought my 2023 Civic in for a minor bumper repair following getting rear ended. The paintwork is nearly flawless, I'm incredibly happy with it. What I'm less happy about is what happened to my car after they washed it.

I had a ceramic coating installed on my car shortly after buying it to protect against scratches. Whatever they used to wash my car following the paint work absolutely covered it in swirl marks and water spots, even with the ceramic coating. I'll have to polish the car to remove the swirl marks, which will remove the expensive ceramic coating in the process. When I brought my car back to address it with a manager, he deflected blame saying that the ceramic coating must not have done it's job if their wash covered it in swirl marks, pointing to other cars in the lot that have the same marks. Now, I'll be out $1,000 to have a new ceramic coating installed.

If you have paint work done here it'll be great, but don't let them wash your car if you care about the finish.

Not the place you visit when you have nothing to do.but after you "did it", these guys (and girls) are there for you. They helped walk me through my recent "brush" with my house.and suggested a few extra photos to add for my claim adjuster.

Looking forward to them "finishing the job", I started!

Unacceptable Service, we live 4 hours away round trip. We waited for over a month to get the parts in and got a call that we were all set. We called and CONFIRMED with them today before leaving the house. We drove up to Amherst and then when we get there we were told that they didn't have all the parts. We rented a vehicle out of pocket for 4 days already because we were told that's how long it would take to repair. We said we could leave it if we could just get some sort of courtesy car. They said they don't do that and that we'll just have to reschedule. Excuse me? Why couldn't we be told this on the confirmation phone call? ! Northtown group is big and profitable enough to not treat their customers like this. I rarely complain but this was unacceptable business practice. I will not let a company this disorganized do the work and will take it to a local repair shop.

I dropped my car off four weeks ago to have a cracked windshield replaced and some dents repaired, and Northtown still has my car. Not one time have they reached out to me proactively with any updates and when I do call, I receive the least helpful team members possible. When I dropped my car off, I was told it would be 5-6 days, on day 7 I called for an update and told more damage was found and parts were ordered but my car wouldn't be ready that week. I would think that someone would've contacted me about it but it was sent directly to my insurance without any communication to me. When another week went by without updates, I called again and was told all the parts were in and my car would be ready following day, which was the day my rental was up. By noon the next day, I called again to see if my vehicle would be ready so that I could either plan to return the rental or extend it, and Liz helpfully told me that if my car was ready, I would've been called. I was passed along to someone else who repeated information I'd already been told about additional damage being found and insurance approving it, even though Northtown never called me about it. Flash forward to today, another week later, when I call for an update and am told they're still waiting on parts to come in (even though last week all the parts were in?) and they should be here Friday. The absolute lack of communication within Northtown Collision and between Northtown and customers is truly the worst I've ever experienced. Purchasing my car from Northtown Lexus was a breeze but I will never, ever in good conscience recommend their collision shop. I truly wish I had taken my vehicle elsewhere at this point.

The service was very nice their front desk people were very nice and friendly with me. I brought my car in for front end damage. I got my car back and she looks beautiful. I am so happy with the service.my lady bug looks brand new.excellent job Northtown. I appreciate all the work you did for me. Thank you.

This is the worst boby shop experience i ever dealt with left my jaguar xkr out in the weather since October my trunk got over 4 inches of water in it from are snow storms my trunk is growing rust turning yellow like who does this to a 100,000$ convertable that broke my heart I won't sign for the car cuz of water damage and not painting my hood loover match my car had brand new rotors and is a garage keep car this was so careless on there end an now they won't take responsibility for there laziness I'm not asking for million dollars but I do want my car back the way I gave it to you with no rust anywhere an no water damage

Our car was at the collision center for over three months. We understand that maybe some delays are still expected with parts but we were able to locate them online and could have them within a week. There was no delay in cashing the insurance check they received. Seldom returned our phone call inquires, since we weren’t getting updates. We understand that stuff happens and things get delayed whatever the case; basic customer service should be to keep the customer in the loop and show some common courtesy.

Today is day 35 and not only is my car not done, they still can’t give me an estimated date. Last week they told me it was the bumper holding everything up and that’s all they needed. I called the car manufacturer and asked that they please expedite it, which they did. The bumper has been there for a few days now. When I called today for an update I was told, “oh we are still waiting on parts, no clue when they’ll get here. ” So, if you want to not have a car or drive a rental for 1-2 months +, I would highly recommend Northtown! They are great at giving you different answers every time you call.

Day 20 and my car still hasn’t been touched. Called this morning and was told, “at least a couple more weeks. ”

They will then blame the “supply chain” and parts taking long. However, they wait 20 days to look at the car, which then adds 20 days to when they order parts. So it’s not just parts taking time, it’s them dragging their feet to order the parts.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Full of excuses and inefficiencies. Here’s a genius idea. If you know parts are taking a long time to come in, determine what the car needs ASAP, order, and then by the time they come in, you’re ahead of the game. Brilliant, right?

Tried calling 3 times to set up appointment since my part came in. Girl told me she would call me back and never did. Called again a few other times and got the same issue. Not sure why its taking so long just to find my file and set up my appointment. Its been 3 weeks!
