6I needed Covid test for upcoming surgery. This place was amazing! They took me in right away and tested me, while another lab refused to give me the test. The nurse was absolutely awesome! Very sweet, very polate and friendly! The rest of the staff is also very sweet girls! Thank you, dearest staff for being here for us!
I went into this hospital on 27 April for rotator cuff surgery. From the time i walked in the door The staff were all very nice the security guard brought me to a very helpful clerk who got me through my paper work and then to the pre op area where the staff where the staff got me ready. The whole time i was there i felt the service was first class.
I received outpatient surgery to remove a cyst. The staff here is incredibly friendly, especially the surgical team. I was made to feel incredibly safe and well cared for, and they walked me through the entire presurgical process with care and kindness. Highly recommend this facility for anyone getting outpatient surgery.
Pre surgical department needs help management very rude had me waiting 3 hours and then left the building I had to call the billing department myself to get my insurance details for this department nobody know what there doing here
I had not good experience with the staff, The girl in front desk was not following the list, she try to put someone else before me.
Northwell Health Center for Advanced Medicine or Monter Cancer Center is a pretty big facility with a team of specialized Doctors. This beautiful facility has never disappointed me. Registration process is quick and easy when you walk through the door. I bring my Mom here from Queens for her monthly visit and we are usually done within 2 - 2.5 hrs (this includes her blood work and seeing her Dr. On days that my Mom needs treatment, it would take another 15- 25 mins. Radiology CAT is about 1.5 hrs total time. Vivo pharmacy takes less than 30 mins to fill a prescription. I usually inform them in advance and it's ready for pick up. The Staff and Doctors are kind, courteous and caring and we are just grateful and thankful for this facility. I would highly recommend this facility to any cancer patient.
