The office is clean, staff is friendly and made me comfortable. The medical person I met with was efficient and gentle.

This place is horrible. Waited an hour and a half outside to get a covid test and then they decided they weren't taking anymore walk ins for the day at like 9: 30am in the morning.

I got 2 stitches and i want to know if they’re dissolvable or not and i have to get them removed thanks

The staff and the doctors are wonderful. This urgent care is not like other urgent care. They are organized and they keep the place sanitized. I was sick, they took me immediately. This was my second time I visit this place. In both visits I was very satisfied.

The stuffs are very friendly and organized. We went in to get a COVID test, the result came out like 10 minutes. The doctor were very patient with my kid. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I came here for a rapid Covid test, and although they don't take walk-ins: : you have to make an appointment, which I made the day before: : it was still a pretty quick and easy process. I made an appointment the night before for 1: 45pm the next day, and right after that, I got an email with a link to fill out all of the paperwork and insurance info, etc. The next day I arrived at 1: 45 and was seen within the next 5 minutes; once inside the room, the actual test only took about 5 minutes. Unbeknownst to me, the device that's normally supposed to be stuck about 6 inches up your nose during all of the rapid Covid tests I've seen online, was much less intrusive at this place. It only had to go in about an inch or 2, once on each side.
After that, I waited outside for about 15 minutes, and when I came back, my paperwork showing my negative test result was already printed out and ready.
I can't fault the location for not accepting walk-ins, because as of the time I made the appt, I actually had no idea that only certain places like hospitals accepted walk-ins with no appointment, and most urgent care centers required an appointment.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff was very professional especially PA Nicole Sullivan. Felt very comfortable with the explanation from the results of the tests and Xrays that were done. Will definately recommend them to family and friends.

This place is awesome. I usually go to the urgent care in Eltingville but I decided to give this one a try. On August 24th 2021 I went in due to having a small gash right behind my right ear. They took me in within 15 minutes and helped me out. No pain or anything after putting glue on it. 10 out of 10 for me!

An employee here began spewing his bias personal opinion towards me while I was in the lobby waiting area for my Covid test, that EVERYONE NEEDS to get vaccinated and became argumentative with me about it. I defended my personal position and beliefs, probably to his surprise. This situation was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and made me feel singled out and marginalized by him, and the entire Northwell Company. I asked to speak with a manager the next day and no one has called me back yet.

Excellent service from front desk, medical assistant and physician's assistant. I was taken in and seen very quickly, and received quality medical care. Couldn't ask for a better experience in my time of need.

The staff here is very nice and accommodating. My 3 year old needed to be Covid tested for school because she had a cold. I was very nervous because my daughter gets very nervous when it comes to flu/strep swabs. This was her first covid test and the nurse made it a seamless experience! My daughter did not even flinch during the swab, it was done very gently. The doctor who came in after was also very kind. It was an overall great experience.

All personnel at 125 Greaves Ln on Staten Island is absolutely fantastic! Very pleasant, professional and accomodating, but most of all, just wonderful, caring people. They deserve 5 stars!

The gentleman that performed the Covid test on my 14 yr old son was AWESOME. He answered questions my son had. Was friendly. Made my son comfortable. Great great person
