Friendly Staff, Clean Building, Assistant was Friendly, Doctor Answered All Our Concerns Lots of Close Parking especially since my husband is Disabled

The PA was great! She was professional, knowledgeable, and knew how to deal with a 12 year old. It was my best experience I’ve had at urgent care and the ER…I have 3 boys. I have been a RN for twenty years by the way.

It's a great place to take your kids when they are sick. Fast, no waiting time. Dr care is the best. The front desk workers are nice.

All personnel were polite,
efficient and caring.
Facility was immaculate.
GoHealth urgent care will be my "Go to" choice in the future

Quick, organized service from check-in to check-out. PA (Courtney) was thorough and answered all questions providing explanations as well. Staff performing initial vitals was very professional. Overall excellent experience considering the circumstances of being sick.

The efficiency, cleanliness of the facility, excellent staff and doctors. Felt very cared for - even in such crazy busy days! Very polite too!

Usually have great results here. Last week though, the provider dismissed my comments and concerns and diagnosed me incorrectly. I ended up in the ER later that day. I'm fine, but had the provider actually listened he could have spared me additional wasted time. Not cool.listen to your patients. UPDATE: tried to contact you all based on your response here, and of course the email is undeliverable. So, I paid for a visit to a doctor that completely missed the mark.

Thank you for taking care of me. I was miserable with covid. I went to another MD urgent care they wanted 200.00 for a covid test.

I made my appointment on line. My time was 11: 00 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken care of right away. Very kind and empathetic to my concerns. Would definitely use GoHealth Bay Shore.

The nurse and PA were very kind and when I presented a brown near dime sized mark on my elbow that I hadn't seen three days before, they kindly informed me it was an abrasion and not skin cancer. They told me it would resolve and heal within the week and if it didn't to see a dermatologist. Sore enough it has and they told me it was an easy mistake to make but skin cancer couldn't appear that quickly. Sent me on my way with a smile.

I'm literally here right now the lady in the front desk told me I cannot be seen I am in a lot of pain very sick and she refused to give me medical attention she told me they're not taking walkins that they no longer do that.

I missed my primary doctors appointment by going to the wrong location so I decided to go to an urgent care for what I made my appointment for. The gentleman who was working up front in the late afternoon told me there'd be a 2 hour wait and said I was better off staying than leaving. (I mentioned leaving and coming back) He told me he'd try to get me in sooner and just a few minutes later told me as soon as the next person left, I would be able to be seen. The doctor was nice and sent out a prescription for me. I was so thankful that they were able to get me in much sooner than expected.

Absolutely horrible front desk lady. I drove 30 minutes to this location because they were open and was gonna close at 8. I reached there 7: 25. Asked I need to get a covid test done. The lady SIGHS and asked if i have a reservation, i told her no. She said we don't have much time you can come back tomorrow. I asked her, isn't it a walk-in clinic? She says, yes, it is. I said. Okay.then.it's a covid test, not gonna take much time. Please see if you can do something. She SIGHS again. And asked if I'm in the system, i said i don't think so. She literally said, "of course you're not- SIGHS" like are you frekin kidding me? Is this how you speak to the patients? Have you been forced to work here? Or are you not being paid to speak to patients in a normal tone? Absolutely disgusting behavior. I took a picture of the waiting room. NO one was waiting to be seen. I waited outside in my car to see if any patients walk in, but No one did. She lied. She did not want to put me in the system because she was too tired. She turned me away rudely. Beware folks, I'd avoid going there.

We were so stressed about a potentially severe injury and all the staff, from front desk to nurses to p.a. To dr.were calm, friendly and helpful, even going out of their way when we had a problem signing in. It’s great to have an urgent care where you feel respected and cared for! Also, thanks to the dr who explained what he was looking for, empathized, and had a sense of humor.

Easy to set appointment online. Finally an establishment that honors appointment times and doesn't have you waiting like you didn't have one. My daughter took my granddaughter in and doctor was friendly and caring. Very clean and meticulous. Would recommend this urgent care in Bay-Shore.
