I’m sick with a more obvious upper respiratory infection my father has a upper respiratory infection and he went last week got evaluated at a real medical facility but due to my insurance I have to come to this place I got sick from him and now I’m here, I’m stuffed up and feel less than optimal, instead of just diagnosing me and finding out what is wrong the doctor did a less than subpar evaluation checked for 5 seconds and said I’m perfectly healthy. I basically filled they’re trashcan with tissues when I visited because I’ve been so congested the past week they can’t even recognize a basic infection my mucus is yellow I’m congested, people surrounding me are sick with the same issues, literally a joke and should put they’re medical practice into question, will not be coming back here

This urgent care was the best one I have ever been to. The attending PA was excellent and thorough. The office was spotless and the staff was highly efficient. I do not plan on being sick in the future but if I do, I will be back 100%.

Yesterday I went to go health urgent care for my sickness, all staffs were very nice people the PA Sachin was very nice person he explained each things to me what medications I need to take, how it work etc

This place was great! Visited the location at 595 Hempstead tpke. Needed to get my daughter tested for covid via a PCR and was given an appt within 30 minutes. Spoke with a person named Ceasar who was very accomodating. Sent me a text message with a link to fill out all my personal and insurance info so I could avoid doing that in the office. We showed up at the scheduled time and waited no more than 10 minutes before being seen. Staff and physician were very nice. We received our results in an hour since they have a lab on-site. Definitely would go back and would recommend as well!

Great Customer Service! The other office in Mineola had horrible customer service so I was almost giving up on Go Health NY. The West Hempstead office staff treat you with respect unlike the Mineola office.

I cut my hand on Christmas Eve and ran over to Northwell. The fromt desk staff were very friendly and the dr i saw was awesome. Luckily it wasnt busy. I only waited like 10 minutes to be seen. I was in and out of there with 5 stitches in about 30 minutes. Great experience. People have to be more patient as to wait times if they are busy. Even if u wait an hour or two it still beats going to the emergency room. W
