If you need covid testing, it is easier and more reliable to wait out on the street for a shot at an opening at CityMD. Is your insurance accepted? Who knows. Not them. Not their website. Do t waste your time.

Went to this location for a rapid COVID test and an antibody test. The entire experience took no longer than 20 minutes, including waiting 15 minutes for the rapid test to be completed. The waiting room was empty, and my appointment was right on time. All of the staff were welcoming, efficient, and friendly. Would absolutely return to this location.

Staff was extremely polite.courteous and very accommodating. The process of scheduling an appt was seamless same for getting results

Excellent service. Virtual evaluation visit and the COVID testing both were seamless. Highly recommend them. It would be easier if you get an appointment prior to the visit rather than walk-in so that you get done faster.

This urgent care has some of the finest employees/doctors/doctor adjacents I have ever seen. Stan, Kabir and Olivia have the right attitude in the face of this pandemic. They went the extra mile to make my surprise covid test visit extraordinary in some of the most extraordinary times we’ve seen. Admittedly, I have no idea if they will ever read this themselves, but let me just say these are the types of helpers the world needs more of! They are genuinely that amazing. Obviously I would rather not like to or have to come back to URGENT CARE, but if I do, this is where I’m headed.

I arrived at round 7: 10am for a rapid test. There was only 4 people in front of me so I thought it was the perfect time. I thought 8: 00 will roll around and ill be seen right away. Nope 8: 45 comes around and the line did not move at all. I'm not sure how the process works, but it was highly ineffective. Especially for people that work. So I ended up having to leave and go home for work after waiting an hour and a half for nothing.

I have chronic bronchitis and the PA told me I have allergies and prescribed me claratin. She said if it worsened to seek an ENT. The point of urgent care is I need it URGENTLY. So useless and now im struggling greatly. Try to see a doc if you go, the PA is clueless.

The experience I had was way better than any other urgent care. Very pleasant staff amazing dr. Also the call I got to give tests results and how I am doing what was made it over the top you dont normally get that from any other urgent care. Thank you so much

So nice, clean, efficient, kind and comfortable. I was there for two hours and they were so helpful and attentive.

Incompetent staff. I clearly had tonsillitis but the doctor decided it was nothing and prescribed painkillers. Had to go to a different urgent care to get penicillin prescription.

Seen right away as a walk-in; given great medical advice. State-of-the-art amenities, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Went at 9 am, I was seen within minutes. Staff was all around great. If you have to do urgent care I would pick this place over city md.

Best urgent care/ Heath care all around! I recommend this place. The nurses, doctors, and everyone else in there are so caring. Best service I received at any health organization in my lifetime.

On Monday this past week a fell and hurt the side of my face, hand, & knee. Although I hurt a lot I received quick and efficient attention. The doctor and staff were very helpful. The time was only about 1 3/4 hrs. It was much more faster & cleaner then time in a emergency room. Thank You to all there.

Went there to get my ears cleared. It was around 4: 30ish, so it was that busy. The staff was great and professional. Hannah was my PA, and she was very attended and explained to me what she was using to clear my ears, so I can hear again.:) I recommend this Urgent care and i’ll definitely come back when I need too.

I highly recommend this place. I had a walk-in visit once and made a call for another incident to get help. Both times, the staffs were super helpful. When I was just calling for an inquiry, Andrew still kindly attended to my problems. Overall, The place is clean and organized.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional provider and staff. Facility is modern and very clean. Great service.

If you have something that might be serious, this is NOT the place. The doctors won't take responsibility and they will refer you to a real hospital after charging you for nothing and make you loose 2 hrs wait.
