Sabine Hurst at Syosset location Northwell Urgent care was an amazing PA or NP. I have met her before and LOVE her intellect, bedside manner and overall care to me. It was so busy last night and she was still the same kind, compassionate human being! Thank you for having her work for Northwell Urgent Care!

Nice people, quick and efficient. The place is also spotless. Comforting and communicative about Covid concerns and listened to my questions. Doctors were easy to get in touch with after my visit as well.

All of the women were professional, kind and certainly there when you are in pain, very vulnerable!
Felt comfortable with the feedback they were able to give, and knew that they knew how to deal with patients that were in pain! Very understanding, compassionate, would recommended to everyone, and anyone to receive care at GOHEALTH/SYOSSET!

This medical office is consistently great. I arrived early and was seen right away. The staff were all professional and caring every time I’m here. Sometimes I wish my own PCP can match their standards.

Everywhere in New York State the covid tests are free. I arrived only to find out that I would be charged $75 in addition to my insurance coverage for a rapid test. They did not disclose this on their website nor did they disclose it when I made the appointment and uploaded my insurance information. This is price gouging to take advantage of a health crisis combined with misleading disclosure (or lack of) of this cost up front.

The PA never gave me any info on after care and actually pulled out a handbook to try to diagnose me. I didn’t feel the service was professional or thorough.

The entire staff was very kind and sensitive and knowledgable about transgender patient needs. As a first year teacher, I get sick a lot and need a quick way to get seen. This place is close to the train station and moves very quickly. I'd highly recommend!

Dr. Greene is a great doctor and got to the root of the problem. The staff are nice and friendly. I was taken before my check in time.

Almost wound up in the hospital from the incorrect medication prescribed to me here.lost a ton of days at work and suffered tremendous pain.

Recently visited for flu and dizziness. I had an appointment and had no wait, doctor seemed knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful, generally nice atmosphere. Everyone was pleasant. I've been there before and had the same experience. After an EKG and examination and some suggestions from the doctor (I was dehydrated), I was glad I hadn't gone to the emergency room (it was a Saturday) where I probably would have spent the rest of the day waiting. The only thing I wondered about was whether paper on exam table had been changed as it was quite creased. I'm wondering what hygienic measures are taken between patients? Not saying they don't. The place looked clean.

The staff was very pleasant to my family and I, the facility was very clean, and the service was quick. The Northwell Clinical Coordination Center is following up with me to schedule an appointment with a specialist.

Dr Garcia and staff are awesome. The are empathic and great listeners with good clinical skills. Like medicine should be.

Criminals, sent me a bill for $495 for a 5 minute visit to a physician assistant for a blister in my mouth. Shamelessly justifying their charge by saying we are allowed to charge this fee by the government so we do.

Although you may consider this a walk in clinic, be aware that the rate charged for your "Urgent Care" visit is at a level just below an Emergency room visit. Even though the visit is in your network, it may cost you less, out of pocket, to see a specialist in your network.

They went above and beyond my expectations. I was traveling from Los Angeles and needed immediate medical attention, and couldn't have been more satisfied. They were quick but yet thorough and even reached out a couple of days later to check on me.

I highly recommend their services and promise you won't be disappointed.
