I can’t say enough about the great staff at Massapequa stars.from the greeting when you first arrived by Brianna and all the staff, they are professional, friendly informative and work well as a team to meet the needs and concerns you might have. Mike, Heather, Pat, Mel, Kaylin, Nick just to name a few. There Are all an absolute pleasure to work with. I can honestly say I enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend this location and staff.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at STARS of Massapequa. Having a serve leg injury from a ski accident I know that I am in the right place to get me back to where I want to be. Heather, Mike, Sean, Mel and everyone else in the office truly care. I look forward to each session. They explain the exercises throughly and take the time to work with me on form and holding me accountable. I have no doubt that I will fully recover because of them!

I’ve been coming here for almost two months now and I’m very happy with my progress. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is bright and clean; all of which makes for a very pleasant experience.

I have been a patient for a few weeks and have been very happy with the care I have received. Everyone at Stars of Massapequa have been kind and attentive.

I would happily recommend STARS Massapequa to anyone in need of physical therapy. The staff is very professional and friendly, listening to your needs and concerns. They are very prompt and always willing to help. I have nothing but very positive praise for this office and staff.

Stay away. Severely understaffed and doesn't even read your prescription. I went for an eval with a Dr that lasted 15 minutes and was set up with 2 appointments. He put no notes in the system and sent me on my way. My first visit I was told he was just there helping from another location and should have given me at home exercises (he did not). The new Dr spent an hour with me as we went over ANOTHER evaluation. They disregarded the Dr's instructions on the prescription and had me doing exercises and stretches that I can do at home. A waste of 2 PT sessions and $30. As I was leaving a member of my care team told me he was leaving in 3 weeks and all the full timers had left out were leaving as they are at their wits end with management.

Beautiful facility with all of the equipment I could ever ask for… Val, Dan, & Lisa were all amazing in their own way. They seemed to think everything I said was a potential hidden insult—which I believe is related to Brian Saks Psy. D putting false information in my file.

I wish whatever info wasn’t in my file, because I really liked it here, but I’m grateful to have found a new PT who is able to spend time digging vs.the McShop PTs.

I found the staff to be very professional, helpful and concerned. The office help often makes me regret an otherwise fine office but in this case the people at the desk are also very nice, helpful and polite. The PT guy I have (Dan) gave me some exercises for my neck which are already helping. His explanations of the exercises as to why they are anatomically the way to go were easy to understand and make the whole process seem more in the patient's (my) control. Look, it's early in my treatment. Will I get better? Dunno yet and will post to this review in a few months. But whether the PT works for me or not, either way I think I know this place enough now to give it a very high recommendation.
