After some earlier miscommunication, the manager Jessenia reached out and was very apologetic. She made sure everything was properly delivered for my aging father, and followed up again to see how things went.

This business shows that they care about their customers!

I was initially going to provide a one star review. I have been going back and fourth between Integra, my moms insurance and Nucare. Once the prescription was finally received by Nucare I was given a different answer by every representative I spoke to. They either stood quiet on the line or had no idea what to tell me. When I did get someone who seemed knowledgeable the attitude she provided with that knowledge was unbelievable! I couldn't take it anymore and asked for a manager. This review is four stars because of you Jessenia! Thank you for your compassion, knowledge and expediting my mothers supplies. You were a gem and had I known all it took was to ask for management this would be a five star review!

The staff was very helpful in promptly resolving an issue I was having with getting my prescription elsewhere. Will definitely be switching over.

Horrible pharmacy. But gave them my prescription to process for a brace and they never processed it or submitted it to the insurance company. I called them 7 weeks later and they had no clue.

I love this place. I've been coming here for the past 5 years and the service is top notch. The people there have always been friendly and accommodating.

We are human, just as we can get sick or need supplies from the pharmacy we forget that we can have a bad day. I did with someone at this pharmacy and thanks to the team of workers at nu care pharmacy that jumped in to action to help did a great job that left me with a new friend we're not perfect if so their would not be any erasers on pencils. Please let's take a deep breath and smile and have patience with each other the world really needs it. Cindy I would like to say thank you for reaching out to me and the other rep's too.

This is my reliable go-to neighborhood pharmacy. The staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They go out of their way to care for their customers. Top Notch!

I tried to send a prescription over here but they “never received it”. The doctors office sent it over 4 times via email and fax and I even emailed it over several times myself via email. It was so ridiculous. And the call center who picks up are so unhelpful. Clearly untrained and unprofessional customer center. I called multiple times over the course of several days and even explain what’s going on because we have been sending it over and they still claim they didn’t receive it in their system. Yet the call center worker gives you the run around (exactly what the other past reviews below say). She just says to send it again. She offered absolutely no solution. I can tell either she doesn’t know how to properly do her job but most likely she hasn’t been properly trained. No customer service skills. I asked if she can communicate with the team that receives the prescriptions to input them in the system and of course she doesn’t have a way to speak with them. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager because she was not helpful at all and she said no! Then a few minutes later she suggested to connect me with the manager. Why couldn’t she do that when I asked? When she checks to see if the manager is available she said the manager is busy and will return my call. Did I ever get a call from them? Of course not. So of course I found another Pharmacy who was able to fulfill the order right away. By the way this was almost a month ago. Guess who I got a call from Today, a month later. I just received a call from them and they left a voicemail saying they received my prescription and want to verify my insurance. How did they just receive my prescription when I sent it over 3/4 weeks ago? So ridiculous and so unprofessional. I’ve never had such a bad experience like this.
Edit: The emails and fax numbers that we sent the prescription to is the one below, it was not incorrect as I have verified it with the call center multiples times. Perhaps more staff should be hired. I am not going to change the review because it is an honest review and I was unhappy with the service.

I cant give ZERO STARS THIS COMPANY IS HORRBILE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND SHOULD NOT BE DEALING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! HORRIBLE CUSTIMER SERVICE THEY DONT DO THEIR JOB THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!

I need supplies for my mom and spoke with a rep over the phone who explained the whole process to me. I got everything she needed in 2 days! They made the process seem easy! Will be sure to use them again!
