Nuisance No More, Dunkirk NY

Nuisance really helped me get rid of some nuisance critters out of my home. They were very professional and empathetic to my needs. Really appreciate them.

1st time they came out it was OK. 2nd time was very sloppy didn't spray house just general area in the air. Called no reassurances they would come back and spray properly. I had cameras operating. Disappointing experience.

We have used NNM for years now. We get exterior sprays done & the techs always do a great job. They also came out and treated two wasp nests ASAP. Scheduling was super fast & efficient.

Professional, arrived as promised, solved problem.

Btw, don't call Southtowns Pest Control. Never showed up, failed to call, and failed to answer my call when he failed to show up.

Excellent service. Spraying took care of the spiders we had around our exterior entrance. Prompt and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Brandon E came to my house to take care of a yellowjacket nest in my front lawn. He was right on time, and very professional. It seems, though, that a skunk had done the job for him and ate the nest the previous night. Regardless, Brandon inspected the site, applied insecticide, and packed soil back into the hole the skunk made. NNM didn't charge me anything. I mean, he could have puttered around for a while pretending to do a bit more work than he did, and charge me the quoted price. The ethics and integrity of the company and of Brandon are admirable.

Could not be more impressed - always responsive, total follow through, great communication, thorough treatment, and a reasonable price!

Very disappointed in the professionalism of Nuisance No More. Was quoted a price for an exterminating job and when it came time to pay for said job, there was a major price change. Beware of any quote you get from them, always get in writing and do not trust any verbal quote they give you. Pulled two corporate accounts from doing business with them because of this.
